Friendly staff, clean room , comfy bed

This was perfect for a 1 night stay. Room was very clean and comfortable. Lots of good English Pubs close by. Central to be able tour the Caves and the Justice Museum. Great little cafe in the Justice Museum too.

Excellent family room, double bed and two camp like beds for our 15 year old and 7 year old, extra camp bed was great value. Top floor, they provided ear plugs in case noisy from the street, but we did not notice anything. Great staff, great location (one tram stop from Nottingham train station) and a fantastic breakfast. We had a fantastic stay and we will definately be back next time we stay over. Plus, Nottingham Forest won 7-0, so a great trip over from Dublin.

the young female receptionist on check in was excellent- she advised me of things to see locally and upgraded me to include breakfast. She also got a luggage trolly and placed it at the doors so i could unload my many bags. The room was very well appointed and the shower was the best in my travels. I ate a good dinner in their restaurant and breakfast was also very good.

Everything was great - the staff was very kind, the room was nice and spacious, there was a supermarket and a bus stop nearby. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, and we were even able to leave our suitcase at the reception since we had to leave for the airport in the afternoon. We only stayed one night but for our next stay in Nottingham we will surely choose this hotel!

The shower was amazing The bed was large and comfortable. It would have been nice to have stayed another night.

Staff exemplary. Food was fairly priced and very tasty. Breakfast is very varied and super fresh. Loads of parking.

Very good location. Breakfast is included in the price. Hotel staff was very friendly. I asked for breakfast to be half an hour earlier than scheduled. It was no problem for them to come to work early. This is a very flexible and understanding attitude. Thank you very much.

The location, the smell, the linen, the room designs, easy access - everything in the room is very decadent . So well done . We stayed in 2 different rooms as we extended an extra night and both were excellent.
