I like everything about the property. The environment is nice, the breakfast is good and the staff were very friendly and Livette at the reception was very helpful. We're planning for another stay at least 4 nights.

Stayed there before the refurbishment. Greatly improved now and love the new decor. Will stay again when next visiting family in the area.

Everything about this property is lovely. My only regret is not having enough time to be in the room and enjoy it. After traveling the UK for 5 weeks this was my final stay and I got to stay at the best property out of those 5 weeks. Loved it.

Gentleman on front desk was excellent and very helpful. We didn't have food but bed and shower etc all good.

The spa is a very nice place to relax, and Guildford has fantastic shopping.

Lovely room, spacious, clean, short walk to town centre with lots of restaurants, pubs & shopping. Also close to walking trails along the canal

Very close to Thorpe park thought would be a dump as so cheap but was fantastic

I only had breakfast, on 3 of the 4 days. The first day, I slept in, after a long, stressful journey from Portugal ( not intended!) The breakfasts on the other days were excellent and lots of choice. Thank you!

Spacious clean rooms, comfortable beds. The views are magnificent, can go for walks in Vineyard. Food was delicious with great service.
