Staff were very friendly and the facilities were great in hotel. Rooms spacious and had everything we needed. There was a fan in the room too.. Location was great by a pub if wanted food or drinks.

Beautiful scenes in restaurant outside, I view from the giraffe was absolutely amazing we woke up early to see the giraffes eating in the morning from a few of our window.

Friendliness of the staff nothing was too much trouble to them.

We got an upgrade to the Dutch Suite, which was very large and comfortable. The evening meal and the breakfast were excellent and the restaurant and reception staff extremely professional and friendly. We used the pool and the sauna, which were both very good.

When I fell seriously ill they were brilliant looking after my dog and calling an ambulance. Cannot rate them highly enough.

Our stay at The White Hart was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel perfectly combines classic charm with modern comfort, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere the moment you arrive. The rooms are spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with great attention to detail.

We had an amazing stay here I wish it could have been longer. The staff were so accommodating with an early check in after a very long flight. We were helped with our luggage and enjoyed a delicious breakfast to start the day. The room was fantastic with so much space and a gorgeous bathroom. Would definitely stay here again.

A beautifully run private 5 star hotel that fully understands the needs of travelers, staff could not be more helpful and extreemly knowledgeable regarding the area .... Last Monday was a non rain day they suggested I walk to Richmond (10mins) and cut down by the river which has lots of cafes etc so get your coffee there. I was so happy I booked for next month when I'm visiting London again. The View of the Thames is unbeatable and it hadsn't changed in a 100 years. Thank You to all the Staff XXX
