The pool was a real swimming pool, so you could actually swim, temperature was fine. It's in an adjacent building, so you walk 10m outside. Our twin Room was big and comfortable. Good bathroom. Soft beds. Friendly staff. Good parking. Breakfast buffet with plenty of choice (full English and continental, croissants, blueberry muffins, yogurt). We were happy with dinner, too. Unfortunately there was no British beer/cider, only international. They were repainting inside, so the house is old but well taken care of. We felt a bit like royalty staying in a manor. Beautiful and well kept garden/park.

It was perfect for what we wanted, could come and go as we wanted, parking was tight but ok, very comfortable and clean, we did not eat in, but it was there if we wanted it, surprisingly no noise with the pub down stairs, we would recommend it for any one wanting a base to explore from or use like us as somewhere to stop with family near by

What can i say - its a hidden gem - beautiful location the view of the bay from our balcony was breath taking, beautiful premises the decoration and colour scheme, lovely staff and a fab restaurant our evening meal was faultless. Everthing you could want for a short break , spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and on site parking.

Friendly helpful staff. It was early November but some oap’s were having a Christmas party in the bar, the atmosphere was great!

The room was modern , clean and great for the price

I stayed in this welcoming and well-kept structure with my whole family. We had a great time: pampered by the wonderful ladies of the house, abundant and delicious breakfast and surrounded by beauty and cleanliness. We will return with great pleasure.

We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The owners were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The heated pool was a real highlight—it felt like we were on holiday abroad! Being able to buy drinks by the pool at very reasonable prices was an added bonus. The location was excellent, with both the beach and the town centre just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the local area. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money. We would 100% recommend it and will definitely be returning in the future!

Great value and great rooms for the price. I've paid a lot more for a lot worse. Can't fault this hotel, the staff was friendly and no issues at all. The rooms were great for the price. Would definitely book again.

Amazing stay at Devon Court. Great hosts, lovely comfortable rooms and wonderful breakfasts. The swimming pool is the cherry on the cake if you are lucky enough to get good weather. Location is excellent with a 5 minute stroll to the seafront and about 15 minutes to the harbour.
