A good old fashioned historic market town.

A good old fashioned historic market town. Lot's of shops, cafes and restaurants. Tring Park is a walkers paradise, just beautiful. There is also the Natural History Museum, did get to visit that as we were too late one day and too early the next day! People were very friendly. We came with friends and had dinner at The Goat Yard, a jamaican themed restaurant which was excellent. Breakfast at the nearby bakery was good too. Tring was very easy to navigate.

Tring is a beautiful and characteristic village with beautiful countryside. It’s a shame that Champneys which is located in a beautiful location has been allowed to deteriorate so much. The hotel part of the business badly needs investment. The village has some great restaurants and pubs.

We found Tring to be a small but charming little town, with plenty of interesting history to learn about. Very impressed by the Museum of Natural History! Lovely to learn about the history of the shop Grace and Son, passed down over so many generations. Plenty of lovely cafes with tempting cakes, and lots of restaurants to choose from too. Easy access via train from London, short taxi ride into Tring itself.

Tring is a charming little town with all kinds of nice shops and places to eat. A beautiful park which connects the town with the green hills and a memorial garden as an extra. The railway staation is 3 km out of town.

Tring is a small town.

Tring is a small town. It has some good pubs and, of course, the country outpost of the Natural History Museum, which is worth a visit, along with The Tring Brewery. The railway station is 2 miles away, so bear that in mind if you're not driving.

What a gem! I was visiting Tring for a school reunion and booked this room for the location and free parking. The price was excellent and it was central for my visit with lots of good restaurants along the high street. It was also really quiet, which I hadn’t expected so, slept like a log! Absolute comfort - highly recommended. Thank you Jordan
