We had a perfect stay at The Old Pheasant. The room was cosy, the bed was super comfortable and there was no noise from the nearby road. Bernard is the most welcoming and friendly guy and nothing was too much trouble. We had dinner there too, which was delicious and the bar (and restaurant) have a lovely atmosphere.

A bit difficult to find but once you’re there it’s in a lovely spot on a golf course. The staff were all very nice. Breakfast was very good. Spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend.

Only had the light breakfast first two days as I was meeting friends in the area for lunch on both occasions, which was ample and was only charged a minimal amount ,on third day had full breakfast which was cooked and presented very well,more than I could eat. Property was great with an old fashion feel agood place to spend a relaxing few days,would liked to have stayed longer but flight schedules home made our stay short.
