The staff were exceptionally friendly, the breakfast was excellent, varied, and delicious. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. It’s about a 5–10 minute walk to East Croydon station. The room was spacious enough for a family of four.

The property was perfectly located . The owners could not have been more accommodating and welcoming. They went as far as offering me an additional room at no extra cost as my circumstances had changed The chef and housekeeping staff were super friendly and it felt like home from home. I will definitely be back. Thank you again. It is reassuring to know that in this crazy world there are good people who are prepared to go the extra mile 💯

Breakfast is good. Wi-Fi is fast. The staff are very helpful. If you are driving in London, then it's a great location. They have parking onsite with lots of space. This hotel is near a commercial center with quite a few options of restaurants, within a walking distance (only 5mins walking). It's not far to East Croydon Station (about 8 mins by taxi), and from there you can take one of the express trains and be in the city center quite quickly.

We especially liked the welcome from friendly, helpful, diverse staff, location, comfortable bed, cleanliness, the number of charging outlets for devices in communal areas.

Very comfortable and G&D were able to provide an early checkin. Have stayed at G&D several times over last 3 years and will continue to return

nice, quiet location. It's great that it has access to shop in the ground floor (although we forgot about that and ran to the store down the street). The receptionist is very nice. Instructions about checking in are very direct and it's a simple process.

Had such a lovely experience here from start to finish. Staff were so friendly and helpful. My room was lovely, cozy and comfortable. The hotel and grounds were simply stunning! would definitely stay here again!
