Spacious and clean room and toilet. The mattress is very comfortable and I have a great sleep. I have not taken the breakfast so I cannot provide any comments. As I am staying there without any conference, therefore the hotel is quiet and I can park close to the hotel reception.

The first thing I would like to highlight is the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. From the very first minute of arrival, everyone is attentive, helpful, and genuinely focused on making your stay as comfortable as possible. Their positive attitude truly makes a difference. Regarding the location, the hotel is situated slightly outside the city center, but it is excellent for walking and enjoying the surroundings. The city center is easily accessible by bus or car, making transportation very convenient. Breakfast is served at very convenient hours, from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM, which is perfect whether you are traveling for business or leisure. The rooms are cleaned daily, and towels are replaced every day. The rooms are fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The hotel itself also offers very comfortable spaces for those who need to work. The bar and restaurant are both operating and provide a pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel.

Cleaning, staff very friendly, big room, nice pool, very good food.

There are a lot of facilites available, the property is huge, everyone can make good use of it. The breakfast was delicious, great variety for people with different allergies as well! The building is next to a shopping center which makes life super easy and also the bus station is very close! The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

I was looking for hotels in Northampton and the add for Mitchell Hall popped up. I booked thinking it is in Northampton, but Mitchell Hall was 30 minutes away from Northampton. It felt like false advertisement. Other than that, my stay was awesome! The room was very nice and bed very comfy. The food was very delicious. And the manager on shift was very helpful and accomodating and helped me by explaining how I can get to Northampton by bus if I needed to, as I drove my car. He was quick to resolve any issues, and also let me borrow a HDMI cable during my stay! Great manager!

The staff were lovely when I arrived I got a free upgrade on my room (I don't remember the name of the member of staff) and when I left Mia was particularly lovely and have me a rose as it was womans day

Most helpful staff, location on main street, a brief walk from 19th century bridge and Aston Martin factory. Ample English breakfast.

Good stay and nice environment

Large, immaculate twin bedroom with comfortable beds and large shower room. Plenty of on site parking, secure outer accommodation door requiring security code. Staff were polite and very helpful. The breakfast was great.

Booked for one night as working away. Really clean and the facilities were very good.
