Gorgeous house, great location. House was so comfy and huge. Much bigger than the pictures look. There was 4 adults and 2 children and we never seemed on top of each other. So much space. My granddaughter loved the play equipment in the garden and the hot tub. Walking distance into Wooler. Communication with Nicola was great. Loads of extras, x box, ( I think, my granddaughter would tell you better!) games even Sky sports on tv. Everything provided, towels, toilet rolls, shower gel, shampoo etc.

A beautifully maintained cottage , clean, tidy, and furnished to a very high standard, I cannot see anyone finding fault or writing anything negative about this lovely property and with such amazing views and lovely touches, especially the 'bee' theme throughout. A real home from home feeling and with everything you could wish for..all the ingredients for a lovely holiday. We will definitely return and recommend this property to friends and family, Superb!!

Magpie cottage is a beautiful cosy home from home, a perfect place to relax and recharge. The Farmhouse style kitchen is equipped with everything you might need, far beyond the basics you'd expect in a holiday let. The lounge is cosy and comfortable with a beautiful log burner fireplace. The whole place was spotless and the various ornaments and pictures added to the homely decor. There was a great selection of Dvds books and games to use during our stay and everything you could imagine needing during your holiday including an iron and ironing board, clothes airer, vacuum cleaner, high chair and much more. The hosts were accommodating and messaged us to check on us during our stay. The cottage is set in a lovely location and a good base for exploring beautiful Northumberland. We would happily stay here again. Highly recommend

My fiend and I were walking St Cuthberts Way - camping. Our stay at Noble Lands was our “treat night” - it couldn’t have been better - the beds were wonderful, the mini fridge and crockery thoughtful, shower hot, the Milan Restaurant is attached which was so convenient and great food - all perfect. We didn’t want to leave and carry on walking!

On arrival, we were upgraded to a larger room. The room was very modern and furnished to a high standard with a little kitchenette. The hotel is in the centre of Wooler, we found parking easily and were able to walk to local bars and restaurants.

There are several pubs in Wooler, one of which is The Anchor...

There are several pubs in Wooler, one of which is The Anchor whch had good beer and a lovely friendly atmosphere. The Milan restaurant is top class and reasonably priced for such excellent food. The absolute top place though is the Ad Gefrin Whisky distillery. Book to go on the Twilight Tasting tour which is a must visit. The food is exquisite. It's easy to get from Wooler by car to Bamburgh and Alnwick and all the other places you can visit if you have time. We highly recommend a stay here.

Lots to see and do.

Lots to see and do. The Canny Owl was a great place to eat and drink. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the other customers were very friendly and pleasant. It is but we spent more time in other places. Thank you for your “young “ compliment from two OAPs but, we did quite a lot of walking in different areas during our stay.

I pleasant rural village with lovely cafes, antique shops and charming stores selling a variety of items and not to mention the Ad Gefrin distillery where you can taste Northumberland Whiskey and tour the Anglo Saxon Museum.

Great food at the distillery and the Anchor and the Cherry Tree teashop. Good walking in the hills around including views of the Cheviot and of Lindisfarne. Some nice antique shops and a few good charity shops. Sadly no real ale to be found. Ad Gefrin is a very interesting museum and distillery - worth a visit though their own whisky will not be mature and on sale until 2027...

Wooler is the perfect base to explore so much of wonderful Northumberland. The Cheviot hills are on your doorstep, literally walking distance and it is very easy to get to the coast, Lindesfarne and many other places just 30 minutes drive away. A small market town with a high street packed with great shops, pubs, takeaways and cafes; we recommend the Terrace cafe for excellent all day breakfasts and great coffee . The town is particularly good for those who like browsing antique and bric a brac shops, there was even an Auction when we were there.

Best part of our visit to Wooler was our trip into the distillery there. From the moment we stepped into the building the staff were on the ball and couldn't be more helpful. The tour around the distillery was 1st class as was the tastings and the restaurant perfect. Its a pity that the town seems to fall short of its reputation, its dowdy, looks as though it needs picking up by the bootstraps. Most of the shops don't open till 10:00am on a Saturday and shut on a Sunday. No wonder they have quite a few units closed or closing down. You would think that having a new facility like the distillery on the door step that everyone would be lifted by the jncrease in visitor numbers but who wants to visit a dowdy place. (There were a few premises that had had a paint over and tried to make an effort - and well done them).

Linhope barn conversion in Wooler, Northumberland (one bedroom accommodation) is absolutely excellent. Lovely modern apartment. Kitchen area with all mod cons. Comfortable living area and nice outside patio. Up the spiral staircase to the bedroom and shower room and toilet. All modern throughout. What's not to like? Ten, fifteen minute walk up into the town centre, where there are several pubs and excellent restaurants. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Everything was great, lovely caravan, clean and comfortable, great location. Park staff and visitors friendly. Great for the dogs. Seen all wildlife. Wooler is great and beautiful, plenty surrounding areas to visit. defo recommend and come to stay again. Thank you very much. Wooler was a really nice town. We had a really good time. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had a fridge, which was a bonus. The Italian restaurant was nice and the cherry tree cafe was great for breakfast.
