I can surely say that this hotel was one of my best experiences in Georgia. We had lots of luggage and right from the time of checking in till we checked out the staff helped us. They even offered options of the rooms for us to choose which I felt was really thoughtful. The staff at the reception was exceptional. Very pleasant to talk to and suggested some very good local restaurants. The location too is perfect. Not too crowded and walkable from the city centre and the restaurants and cafes. The interiors are tastefully done and looked fresh. I would definitely recommend this for families.

we needed a good hotel with place to park our car in the good city location for just one night it the Hotel Lucky suited us at 10/10. The small parking lot is behind the building.

Loved the stuff! very stylish new hotel, equipped with all the amenities. The food was amazing. Our room was comfortable, with a nice view. Would recommend! Will be back in summer.

Dzvel Ubanshi was lovely. The neighborhood is pleasant and the people there spoke English well and gave good recommendations on stuff to do in the area like checking out the Stalin museum and which restaurants were worth the visit. They gave me a thoughtful welcome gift which was some grape juice and walnut churchella treats. The room was clean with a comfy bed and the hotel felt well maintained. I didn't have any Wifi issues, thank god. They were very flexible with all of the stuff I needed help with at checkin and checkout. I hope to have an opportunity again in the future as this visit wasn’t long enough to do nearly everything that I wanted to do.

They had a safe place to store our bicycle. The shower was warm, the bed comfortable, the air conditioning worked, it was quite, it was right down town, it had a swimming pool.

This hotel is very close to the center. Although, gori isn’t very big anyhow. The staff even speak English here, and the staff were very helpful. The room was very good too.
