Amazing people! 🩷 swimming pool is clean, nice and big enough. Food in pool bar was great, drinks and snacks as well 🤗 Three wonderful ladies, friendly and helpful 🥰 perfect location: close to the beach, close to the supermarket, close to the bus station from you can go to Heraklion 😊 we felt like at home in this place! ❤️

very nicely furnished room with a view of the pool and the sea! There is no beach directly in front of the hotel, but you can still get into the sea via stairs! the breakfast was good and the staff friendly!

From the moment I entered the staff from reception were friendly, smiling and ready to assist you. I got an upgrade to a sea view room which was stunning and you could have a perfect view of the sunset! Spacious room, clean, renovated bathroom and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very generous and you could choose from a different kind of food, even french fries🙂. They helped me with the transfer to airport too, they kept my luggage till late and I could use the facilities even tho I did the check out. The hospitality was very good , approachable staff and helpful! Good choice to stay there even if it was only one night! I will return there!

I loved the location because the hotel is right in front of the beach. The cleaners do an excellent job every day, and the recreation team always gives a warm welcome. The cafeteria staff provide excellent service and great hospitality. Everyone is very kind and welcoming, especially Ektoras, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel with exceptional staff. The view of the water is breathtaking. Outside of hotel there are some nice cafes and supermarket.

Warm welcome and lovely hospitality throughout. The views of Zeus' island and the horizon are spectacular from the terrace and rooms. The decor is very tasteful and cool and every meal we had was delicious!

Right opposite to the beach - perfect location

We chose Saint George Gournes Bay for our honeymoon, and it truly exceeded every expectation. The atmosphere is peaceful, elegant, and incredibly romantic, exactly what we were looking. Our room was spotless and extremely comfortable, creating the perfect setting for relaxation and privacy. Waking up each morning near the sea felt magical and the pool area was ideal for spending long, lazy afternoons together. The staff made our honeymoon even more special with their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine smiles. Their hospitality added a personal touch that we will never forget. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, and enjoying it in such a calm environment. We couldn’t have chosen a better place and we would absolutely return. 💕

The facilities were fantastic. 5 swimming pools, entertainment all day and evening by the fabulous Jumbo club. Most of the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The reception staff particularly nothing at all is too much trouble. We originally were staying for 3 days and ended up here for 10 days

I stayed here for one night because I needed something close to the airport and the exhibitions center, and it turned out to be a great choice. The room was renovated, comfy beds with a nice view over the pool. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was really tasty. I also rented a car through the hotel, which made getting around really easy. Overall, the location was very convenient.

We booked Knossos beach resort based on reviews, photos and the amazing packaged it offered. It exceeded all our expectations!! From the moment we arrived, we were offered a complimentary room upgrade along with our beach cabana. The staff couldn't do enough to make sure we were well looked after! We arrived early, early check in was not a problem. We well full inclusive for the entire stay (3 nights) and we didn't spend a penny!! Everything is included; amazing buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner at a very high quality, new food every day, always so fresh with great attention to detail, all our our snacks and drinks by the beach delivered right to our beach cabana were also included (cocktails, beer, food etc). We had wonderful massages in the spa area, we chose to eat in one of the restaurants (not included) for a special meal, you are given a discount and the food was incredible and very reasonably priced!! On our last day, our flight wasn't until 10pm, the hotel allowed us to stay until 6pm with an extra charge of €30, and we kept our all inclusive bands and cabana all day. Honestly, this place was truly so special, amazing sandy beaches, pure clean water, no noise, so quiet, no loud music, tranquil, clean, friendly and the most amazing greek food!! We will be back, it was one of the most relaxing stays I've ever had. Huge than you to Harris who went above and beyond to look after us!! The lovely waitress, Maria waitress, Dimitris beach bar manager, and wonderful massages from Evalina Spa. To the chef, we particularly enjoyed our buffet lunches! If you are thinking about booking - don't, just do it, you won't be disappointed! Karen and Ed

From the moment we arrived, everything felt so warm and welcoming. The hotel is Pinterest-vibe beautiful, new, and spotless, very close to the nice beach. The food was delicious and varied, and drinks were amazing. But what truly made our stay special was the amazing team — from Lia at the reception to the restaurant staff, waiters, bartenders, housekeepers, and spa staff — everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. It felt very cozy and comfortable. We’ll definitely come back again!

Our room was on the 4th floor with the view to the see and the pool. It was beautiful, and clean. It had an air conditioner and a balcony. There were 4 pools, a big one in front of the main building, a baby pool next to it, a smaller pool between the bungalows and the kids pool with slides next to it. They were open from 10 to 18. The staff was exceptional, especially the animators. Lots of program for kids and adults too (fitness, yoga, water polo, dance, aqua fitness, beer pong, etc.). Every night at 8 pm mini disco for the kids and after that more performance. The food was great, almost every dinner had a theme (mexican, italian, etc.), but everything was delicious.
