We have just returned from a 7 nights stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean, rooms very comfortable, breakfast was excellent. Hotel is located between the harbour and village square. Hotel staff were very helpful and welcoming. We will be returning and would highly recommend.

Basically everything! Great location, very well kept facility, beds really comfy, beautiful place with amazing mountains around including great view for the Pantokrator!!! The host, Michalis is amazing! Makes you feel like at 5* hotel, very helpful with the tips about restaurants, car rental, places to see! Even took us to town so we could do shopping on the first day- made us feel very welcoming! Never been in the place with such nice and helpful host! Thank you so much Michalis! Not mentioned a cute thank you gift!!

    Easiest check-in ever! Just get the key from the lock box at the door and enjoy your stay. Amazing view from the balcony. Very efficient and quiet Air Conditioner. Very clean. Parking right next to the apartment even on same level for room Nr.1. Private, scenic and beautiful walk to a very nice beach, arguably one of the best on the island. Quiet hidden location away from the touristic buzz. Truly amazing place!!

    You have everything there: the house is near the sand beach and the car park, for free, is in front of the house. A nice restaurant and a little bar on the beach with a lot of traditional food and drinks. I like very much the people from there, they are always polite, smiling and nice. Especially Nikos and his employee.

    The complex was very peaceful, quiet and pretry. The apartment was large, clean and very comfortable. Bed was especially comfortable. Plenty of hot water and great A/C. The property was some steps up from a very nice beach with few people and sunbeds and umbrellas. Great beach for kids as it was shallow pretty far out. Free parking at the complex was greatly appreciated. Great views over towards Albania. Would totally stay here again if in the area.

    Best of compliments for the accomodation. Apartment was super clean, well equiped, and the balcony has a gorgeous view. Place is quiet, and just above the beautiful beach. Accomodation offers a great pool in a garden with a sea view, and private safe parking. Host was so kind and helpfull. 10/10.

    Room was new, clean and everything functional. Had AC and a very cute balcony/terrace with sea view. Hosts very welcoming and available to allow us to have a late checkout time. Parking spots in front of the property. Nice pool area, overall a pleasant stay. We only stayed for one night, since we were touring the island and moved on to other locations. It also has a beach nearby, a few minutes down the hill :D

    Wonderful location with amazing sea views from our apartment balcony and 5 mins walk to a lovely beach with multiple beach bar / restaurants. Lovely host, clean rooms and a very nice pool area where we enjoyed relaxing in the mornings. Car parking spaces available and the beautiful village of Kassiopi was only a 5/10 minute drive away.
