Beautiful hotel with captivating view on Aegean sea. The host was really kind, we felt like we’re staying with our friends. He is super nice and good man, always there for his guests. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and the food was delicious, with variety options, with many tradiotional dishes and salads. The room was spacious, very clean, modern, with spacious and modern bathroom, and nice balcony with sea view. Hotel has nice garden where you can chill out, private parking with enough places and beautiful and clean swiming pool. Place is good connected with nearby cities, especially if you rent a car.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We asked for a late check out due to a late flight home and the receptionist was incredibly helpful and accommodating.

Everything was amazing! We arrived very late at night and had food waiting for us in the fridge! Room was clean and spacious, with beautiful view. Right on the beach and not too crowded. All the staff was very friendly. Special thanks to Kostas who was very helpful and arranged also late check out.

The hotel had everything, nice view, many sunbeds, varmpool cold pool and beach at the door. Staff was amazing and very good hygiene. The rooms had new renovation and was beautiful. The food was also amazing with a lot of verity but the best thing was the pizza at evening, big ups to him for best pizza I eat. Even the animation team was very good for organizing activities they had a lot of creativity and both good and strong personalities that makes the days even better to have fun with them. The reception were very helpful with everything. Also the drinks was amazing. 10 out of 10 everything, see you next year. /Agron

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They were all so nice, always helpful, always smiling and in a good mood. I loved saying good morning to the cleaning lady, she always had the bigest smile. And also the waiters and the kitchen staff - the best! The hotel is new, modern and very clean. Not big, but you have everything nearby.

Rethymno Mare is ideal for families. Our children could spend hours at the water park safely, while we relaxed by the main pool. The food was varied and delicious, and the staff made sure everyone was happy.

Swimming in the clear sea during the day and walking on the sand at sunset was magical. This hotel gave us unforgettable summer memories.

From the moment we arrived, our stay was absolutely exceptional. The hotel itself was stunning, beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and incredibly welcoming. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary welcome snacks and a bottle of wine in our room on arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch and immediately made us feel valued and cared for. We were celebrating my partners birthday during our stay, and the staff prepared a beautiful cake and presented it in the room for us whilst we were at breakfast. Every single member of the team was so friendly, warm, professional, and genuinely attentive throughout our stay. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would not hesitate to return or recommend it to others. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable.

We loved the hospitality of the people and the chats and how welcoming they made as feel! Will defo recommend this place as if you wan to explore Crete it’s in the middle of everything and if you rent a car it’s so accessible to do so!!! Also the hotel it’s close to the beach so that was a great highlight for us :) Also the food has really good options as well!!!

I am very grateful for the service, attention, and quality of the hotel. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. Many thanks to the ladies who cleaned my room each day. The buffet service at breakfast, lunch, and dinner was impeccable—delicious, plentiful, and with a great variety. Likewise, the people who work in the restaurant and kitchen were very kind, helpful, and friendly. I spoke with some of them and they felt very welcoming. The pool and bar staff also provided excellent service and were very friendly. Similarly, the reception staff were friendly and willing to answer my questions. And many thanks to the manager, Andreas, who was clearly very focused on his work, making sure to be present for each guest, speaking to each of us in our own languages, and even remembering our names. He was very friendly and helpful, working to ensure everyone had the best possible stay. A very good hotel; I highly recommend it, and I will certainly return, and I hope to bring members of my company as well.

Katerina is such a good soul!! The homemade breakfast is sooo delicious !! The villas are amazing !! It was always super clean - the perfect plan to relax and enjoy!

Fantastic location. Staff were incredible. The 3 pools and outdoor sun beds were amazing. Rooftop pool and bar were perfect in the day and evening for a sun set drink. Rooms and Beds / Cocktails / Evening entertainment and buffet were amazing , something different everyday. Highly recommend!!
