We really loved this hotel. Everything was clean and very modern. The staff was absolutly great, always very friendly and helpful. We even got an upraded room which was absolutly stunning. Parking was easy, the staff parked the car for us in the parking garage. We loved the pool of the hotel, as well. Breakfast and dinner were also great. We can really recommend this hotel!

The rooms were amazing, jacuzzi inside and on balcony, stunning view of the beach/ocean. Really good aircon. The staff were all really friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much hassle and they constantly checked in to make sure your stay was going well. Reserved sunbeds for you on the beach that you can book with reception, takes the hassle out of it, they also provided a chilled bottle of water each day on the beach which was a nice touch.

The hotel’s location is excellent, Right in front of the sea, and the city center can be reached on foot. The room is well-furnished and clean. The staff is very kind and attentive. The manager is very competent and friendly. The drinks at the hotel bar are excellent, and the breakfast is plentiful.

This hotel was fantastic. The rooms were very spacious and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful, fresh and had a great variety for all tastes. The pool was a good size with poolside service if you are wanting a drink or something to eat. Hotels location was 1 block from the beach and about 1km (flat easy walk with lots to see) into the old town of Rethymno.

The rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures, very clean room and hotel, room with all amenities and great matress. We had a free room upgrade which was.much appreciated. The hotel is on the beach with a big veranda overlooking the sea....the pools are big and spacious area around them, which is difficult to find in other hotels around the area. Walking distance to the city centre is around 30 minutes, for us that wasnt trouble because it was less crowded. The breakfast buffett was big, with great variety, it covers all tastes. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Crete! Everything went smoothly from the start, and for the first three days we were even upgraded to a different room. The location is perfect: just a 20-minute walk from the lively city center, yet peaceful with a beautiful sea view and plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and housekeeping came every day. Breakfast is not a buffet, but it’s complete and more than enough to start the day. One evening, after a Greek cooking class, we brought back some leftovers and the lovely staff member Eirini warmed them up for us and even provided cutlery. We were not the easiest guests since we had a lot of questions, but nothing was ever too much trouble. Eirini, in particular, was incredibly helpful and kind. At check-out she even gave us a hug goodbye – such a warm and heartfelt gesture. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a welcoming, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Crete!
