From the first day until our last in the hotel the staff was always responsive to our needs, always asking if we needed anything, very friendly from the receptionists to the cleaning ladies. Very clean private beach, spotless sand, quick sunbed service and comfortable sunbeds. Rooms with a high quality standard, modern and always clean. both breakfast and dinner were varied, for all tastes and from all international cuisines. We also want to mention Liana, from the guest relations service. She was so great with us. Ask her about anything you want or can do in the hotel or outside the hotel. She will help you with everything! For sure we will come back to Nautilux!

I have visited a number of 5 star hotels in Scandinavia, Southern Europe and the US and this was maybe the best experience so far. All in all. The sunbeds was luxury, the food, snacks and drinks was superb and clearly affordable. The room, 80square m of luxury. The service before and during stay was personal, proactive and caring. We had two small kids and despite this not being a ”waterland or resort”, the kids had a fantastic time. We will return!!

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Beginning with the most welcoming check in procedure (thank you Yannis!) over the huge bed with two differently firm pillows to choose from right through to breakfast where we got freshly squeezed orange juice served at the table as a surprise. Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious and had the most amazing view of the sea. The hotel's location is very convenient as it is directly at the beach. Multiple supermarkets and other shops are in the direct vicinity.

We visited Ammos suites 2 years ago and loved it so much, we never usually return to places but we always knew we would come back as it has been one of our favourite places and a few of our friends have also visited off our recommendation and loved it too! Since we last came the reception and pool area has been renovated and looks so modern and trendy, which is no surprise as the manager, Filio, always looks so stylish and has great taste! All the staff at Ammos are extremely friendly and hard working and everywhere is spotlessly clean. You can tell everyone who works there has pride in their work and cares about the guests! We can’t wait to return again one day!!

Our experience at Nalu resort&spa was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is perfectly located right in front of a beautiful, clean beach—just a few steps from the room, which made our stay incredibly relaxing. The staff was warm, helpful, and always available for anything we needed. Our room was spacious, very clean, and had a lovely balcony with a sea view. The breakfast was fresh and varied, with plenty of delicious options every morning. We also loved how quiet and peaceful the surroundings were. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beachside escape with great service and comfort. We will definitely come back!

Everything was great! The food was very tasty, the garden of the hotel very beautiful, the rooms were cleaned every day, and the view from the balcony.. I can still see when I close my eyes. We will miss Crete very much, we will definitely return to the same hotel, thank you to the nice ladies at the reception, the smiling waiters in the restaurant, the bartenders for the amazing cocktails! There are a couple of restaurants (one traditional Greek, one with an Indian/Mexican/European fusion cuisine), a church and occasionally some sheep crossing the road. Very charming and quaint, slightly inland and on a hill (with views of the sea). For amenities such as a baker, pharmacy, supermarket or bars you need to drive 5 mins. down the road to Stavromenos, or 15 mins. to much livelier Rethymno.
