The property owners were really kind and helpful. The location is beatiful and quiet. The property is nicer then it is in the photos. I was really sad that the stay was not that long so we could stay there more.

Nice, comfortable apartment in a very nice and large house with a wonderful yard. The owner is pleasant, kind, any agreement is possible with him. We really enjoyed it and I would be very happy to stay with him again if I were to go to Agios Nikolaos. Lep, udoban apartman u vrlo lepoj i velikoj kući sa divnim dvorištem. Vlasnik prijatan, ljubazan, sa njim je moguć svaki dogovor. Zaista smo uživali i vrlo rado bih opet odseo kod njega ako bih išao u Agios Nikolaos.

Vlad and Irina were incredibly hospitable, helpful, and very kind. They provided excellent recommendations for the general area and even helped me get to the beach when I had rental car trouble...free of charge. I can't thank them enough! View is great... Couls see Athos and the sea from my balcony. One of the best aspects was the comfortable bed and sheets. It was the nicest I've slept on during my entire three weeks in Greece. I'll definitely return here next time I come to Halkidiki! The village square, a short walk away, had affordable and EXCELLENT food. Might be the best food I had in all of Greece.

The houses are very suitable with lots of natural light, spotlessly clean , new and very comfortable. The villas are exactly like in the photos. The yard is big and very well taken care of. There is a very nice grill with outside dining area in the backyard. Very good location between Nikiti and Ormos Panagias- Vourvourou. Natalia and Giorgios were very pleasant ,always available with recommendations and anytime ready to help when we needed something. Thank you so much! We had a great time!
