It is a really nice place, 5 minutes max walking distance from the beach (where there are 2 excellent taverns + several beach bars). The beach is mixed sand and pebbles, but ok overall. There are markets (with pretty much everything you would need + local products) 1-2 minutes walk + various other shops (olive oil producer, honey, bakery) + another very good tavern on the main road. To Neos Marmaras there is a 20 minutes walk (which you would need after all the eating) to the port, the souvenir shops, any sightseeing places you would like to go to. The pool at the hotel is nice and very clean. There are tables and chairs in the garden if you want to drink a coffee outside.

Location is good. Property is well decorated and facilities are nice. Owner is helpful and supportive.

Very friendly and helpful staff, an excellent beach, and secure parking. We had a wonderful stay and truly felt relaxed, rested, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our time here and would be happy to come back!

I booked the room just a few hours before check-in, and to my surprise, the staff called to let me know it was already prepared in case we wanted to drop off our luggage early. It was such a thoughtful and helpful gesture that made our arrival much easier. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The hospitality was excellent, and we felt very welcome throughout our visit. I would definitely recommend this place and would gladly stay again!

It had everything, staff were amazing, beds were amazing

It is hard to summarize shortly what we loved about this hotel. Simply said: everything. The beauty of the rooms, the gardens, the pool area was all extraordinary. The wide selection, freshness and the taste of the food (we had buffet breakfast and dinner) was super. The spotless cleanliness, especially considered during the peak hours in the buffet restaurant, was more than satisfactory. The hotel had a very close private beach with some sunbeds and umbrellas, where we could spend most of the days. But on top of all these, the best thing in this hotel was the friendliness of all staff, to which we can't be grateful enough. It was a perfect stay for the whole family!!

Beautiful location, in a nice and quiet area on the central peninsula(there’s 3 of them). Very nice beach, on the doorstep of the hotel. The sea is clear and calm. Perfect place to unwind for couples and families. If you want to visit the town, you have two options. Nikiti is roughly about 5-7 miles away(10-15 minutes drive), and Neo Mamaras, is a similar distance from the hotel. Both places have some good choice of restaurants, also nice beaches and some hustle and bustle(if that’s what you want). This area is more suited for people who want to unwind and have a peaceful relaxing beach holiday. This hotel met our every needs. The food was delicious, breakfast and dinner had plenty of options. The staff are very polite, helpful, and looked after us during our 10 day stay. A special mention to the front of house reception team, and the kitchen staff, who were all fantastic. Thank you Panggiota and Konstantina, along with the rest of the reception team. You really were very helpful, and looked after us. A special mention also goes to Mr Makis, and his team of hard working kitchen and bar staff. Thanks again, for making our stay very enjoyable and relaxing. The staff were very friendly. They respond quickly to our request. The food was good and full of variety. The staff has made a small surprize for our daughter because she has the birthday. In general everything was perfect.

You are only about 20 meters away from a stunning beach, where you can enjoy various daily activities such as beach volleyball with a fantastic and friendly group of people. The food at the hotel is absolutely delicious – I highly recommend booking both breakfast and dinner. You definitely won't regret it! I honestly have no complaints about this wonderful hotel and the even more wonderful people who do their very best to make your stay a memorable and enjoyable experience. Thank you for everything!

Modern, very clean, spacious, adult only hotel. Right on the beach with its own swimming pool as well. Breakfast brought to your room each day. Staff were fabulous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing.

The staff is friendly, and Irina is especially friendly. Everything is a matter of agreement with the owner. Also, he immediately solved the problem with the internet. Breakfast is varied. Nearby is Fava Beach (up to 5 minutes by car), which is recommended for couples with children. In general, the hotel is great for staying with children.

The owners are lovely and very friendly. Everything was perfect we will definitely return.
