Breakfast terrace!! Very hospital greeting at reception, girls will show your room. But in fact it is strictly necessary, otherwise no chance to find it in these labyrinths :D Very pleasant stay, tasty breakfasts, deep pool, and a parking at the top of the hill. In this microscopic city it is a big benefit if you drive to a hotel.

The staff were amazing friendly and helpful. There was a power outage on the island when we arrived but they looked after us so well by candlelight.

The view is breathtaking! Absolutely gourgeous! Very ammable personal, they serve you with a tasty lemonade before presenting you room and the whole place. They are also offering umbrellas for the beach, for free. It was everything perfect! 😉

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is really beautiful, surrounded by blooming trees and palms. The room was clean, spacious, and offered an AMAZING view of the sea, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was good and offered a versatile selection. The location is excellent - close enough to the center for convenience, yet far enough away to avoid crowds and noise, ensuring a relaxing stay. What truly stood out was the staff, who were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Amazing, Greek home stylish hotel! No words to express how cozy, clean and beautiful place to stay. Close to everything - seashore, beach, city center, cafes, bus station, boat port. The personal is totally welcoming, friendly and sweet. The compliments in the fridge every morning were very pleasant ❤️

I spent a couple of days for my birthday at Elounda Infinity and I had a fabulous stay, it was exactly what I was looking for. Some of the highlights: •Fantastic staff! Really, I rarely had the pleasure to interact with such a lovely bunch of people during all my stays. Everyone from reception, managers, cleaning staff, bar, dining room and kitchen were always polite, smiling and ready to accommodate you. Top notch service all around, I’m so grateful for everyone making my day better. They even upgraded our room with a hot tub and it was a lovely gesture which we greatly appreciated. • Fantastic breakfast and dinner! Food was varied, there were so many choices for both sweet and savoury breakfast, both local and international options. The dining room is beautiful with a stunning view. • Beautiful location; the area is very quiet and the views are stunning. This is the perfect place to have a relaxing stay. • New structure, everything is obviously modern and in great condition. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and they provide plenty of toiletries. What I also appreciated is the cleanliness, which is something I greatly value and I always check thoroughly.

The staff was very welcoming, helpful and accommodating my special dietary restrictions with beautiful and tasty breakfast. The room was spacious and cozy. The atmosphere in general was quite and relaxing.

What an amazing hotel! Price-quality ratio is unbeatable. Rooms are new and large and around a quiet and beautiful garden. Pool area is amazing with super comfortable beds, large swimming pool and even ping-pong table. The pool bar is also very nice and breakfast is delicious (good mix of Greek and international choices). The staff was also super accomodating. If you go to Elounda, don't hesitate and stay in this hotel. It combines the quality of larger hotels with the cozyness of a small hotel. Large parking in front.

Yet only 10 min away from the city by car. - ADULTS ONLY: allows for peace and quiet - FACILITIES: everything is well-taken care of, digitalised, clean, comfortable and predicts every need one may have on vacation. The territory of the hotel is large, with gardens and multiple paths to take a stroll through. Lots of hidden corners and places to enjoy the island. An app of the hotel allows easy management of all services. Easy to book taxi to the city and airport through the reception. - FOOD: high quality food. Breakfast is of large variety. 2 restaurants, pool bar, beach bar, 24/7 room service. Amar restaurant is a special gem, with magnificent evening view over the sea and islands in front of the hotel. - ENTERTAINMENT & EXTRAS: every evening there was live music/dj/acoustic. Yoga classes were available twice a day, other activities included excursions or a tour around the garden. - ROOMS: clean, comfortable, spacious, excellent service, good minibar, free daily water, coffee and tea selection. sound isolation . - BEACH: small beach, very clean and the water is crystal. Sunbeds on the sand and on the rocks. A cozy beach bar is very convenient. - SPA: a good selection of treatments and massage to book extra. - STAFF: simply amazing! Special thanks to Sophia at the check-in/reception who showed an outstanding excellence and professionalism throughout the stay. Another special appreciation of the restaurant manager who always makes all guests feel welcome at any time. All the staff is well-trained and very friendly and amiable. This contributes to the overall ambiance and positive impression of the hotel. Overall, a great choice for a calm and comfortable vacation on the island, everything was perfect and highly recommend this place!

In addition to daily cleaning, the staff provided thoughtful touches such as tidying the room before dinner service, which made the stay feel truly luxurious. Every restaurant offered a unique experience with a wide variety of high-quality dishes. Breakfast was plentiful, and the wine cellar gave us the chance to taste excellent local wines—an unforgettable experience. The resort has a wide beachfront and plenty of space, so it never feels crowded, even during peak season. You can enjoy the beach all day without feeling overwhelmed. Food and beverage service is available throughout the day, and room service is always reliable, so you never go without. Most importantly, the staff were outstanding—from the front desk to the restaurant teams and the beach service staff, every single person was exceptionally helpful, always smiling, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay memorable. Their attentiveness and personal approach truly set the property apart. One detail that really impressed us was how the staff remembered and respected our dining preferences. On one occasion, we returned a dish without realizing it contained an ingredient we do not eat. The very next day, when we ordered fish, the restaurant team had already adjusted the dish in advance to match our preference—without us even needing to ask. That level of attention to detail made us feel truly cared for. Overall, this was a holiday experience on another level—everything you could possibly need for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay was there.
