New and clean. Great location to beach and market. The pool and patio were perfect! Beds were comfortable and showers were hot and had great water pressure. Short drive to Chania. Gated property with covered parking was a nice extra.

Casa Nel Verde is a fantastic place. We spent one month there with our friends and would be happy to return. The highlight is definitely the garden, which I loved. There are three tables with a lot of chairs as well as a barbecue. It's also designed to have a good amount of shadow, so you can sit there anytime you want. The living room is spacey and includes two sofas that are also comfortable for sleeping. The TV is large. It's a great place to enjoy evenings with your family or friends. The apartment is tastefully decorated. Also, all furniture is wooden and good quality. The kitchen is well equipped. You can find there a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, a toaster, and a microwave. There's more than enough plates and silverware to accommodate all people. The windows are equipped with mosquito nets as well as anti-burglary blinds, which made the temperature in the apartment comfortable in April without running the AC. The Internet speed is enough (up to 50 Mbps), but it only works in the living room, with poor coverage in the bedrooms. The apartment is located a bit far from the city center of Chania, in a local area. Around the corner there's a supermarket and a great souvlaki place. The hosts are really nice and accommodating—they made us feel right at home.

Quite location away from the city. Great pool and outdoor to mingle and eat with a view to the see. Close to Chania and not far from its airport. The pool is great and so is the kitchen which I’d well equipped.
