It was our greatest pleasure to be guests in this hotel in the old town of Rethymno. The house is new and has very beautiful and extraordinary architecture, the rooms are all different and all very individual. The service from everyone in the team is very heartwarming. Breakfast should be mentioned in particular: different every day and always individually tailored to our wishes. Every day we were asked what we wanted for the next day and it was prepared specifically for us. It was brilliant. The communication in advance of our vacation to Stephanie and family has been very friendly and accommodating. Being a guest here made our already very nice stay very special. And lastly: Jacob is the Best!! Danke für alles!

I had a fantastic experience at Amira Hotel. The staff at the reception were incredibly helpful, especially when it came to picking the right excursions for us. They dedicated their time and behaved exceptionally nicely. It made our stay even more enjoyable. The beach was simply wonderful. The location was perfect, and we had a great time relaxing and soaking up the sun. The hotel's proximity to the beach made it incredibly convenient and added to our overall satisfaction. I was impressed by the hotel's application for ordering services. It was seamless and user-friendly, allowing us to easily request anything we needed. This convenience enhanced our stay and left us more than satisfied with our experience.

The best holiday at the best hotel! Located in the city center the left 5 minutes walk old town and right 5 minutes walk the beach. the rooms are clean and tidy - The best of all are the people who work there ! Thank you sooo much for birthday surprise, for helping my parents with everything they needed - all staff workers were kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious so what more could you want! Will be happy to come and recommending to everyone!
