Probably one of the rare times the hotel exceeded ALL expectations! The hotel has amazing architecture, it's always fresh clean, staff is super friendly and polite same time, super helpful Rooms are spacious, tech new, bathrooms are done amazing so that water is not everywhere, light controls and aircon controls are great. Compliments on arrivals, room upgrade and amazing views. VERY cozy round location, so that you see the seaside and beach but is in a cute little 'seashell' with hotel wings embracing several pools and keeping you secure. Beach is private and great. Breakfasts are amazing. Simply amazing choice.

The staff was very professional and friendly helping us with how to explore Rethymno attractions. The room had everything we needed in order to enjoy our stay, while the breakfast was so delicious! We enjoyed the jacuzzi into the pool – added plus! But best of all was the Cocomat mattress, ensuring a super pleasant & relaxing sleep.

Place was spotless clean, very friendly staff (only one, hmm, not so good experience, very late lunch just before our departure, felt that we were trouble to our weiter - maybe she had a bad day or was busy organizing tables for evening, or she saw we were about to leave and did not bother any more). Wonderful modern decor, new and exceptionally clean, very friendly and attentive staff, excellent breakfast, small and intimate, fantastic location close to beach and old town. Very comfortable rooms - lovely to spend time in. Can get free parking in some parts of the port across the road. The hotel booked lovely restaurants for us every night.
