Definitely one of the best facilities in Elounda and all of Crete. Starting with the service, which proves at every step that you are in a 5-star hotel, and ending with the surroundings of the facility, which are extremely refined and tastefully decorated. The service is very competent, nice and helpful. A big advantage is the varied but also regional breakfasts. Each room is equipped with either a jacuzzi or a private pool. There is also a restaurant with a tasting menu and a gym with an extraordinary view of the bay. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay. Special thanks to the entire hotel staff.

The breakfast had a lot of different options and it was very tasty. We also ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious. The room exceeded our expectations and it was definitely worth the value we paid for the room. The staff was super nice and I made a request before check-in to surprise my fiancé and they promptly got it ready for me. I truly appreciate it! Definitely will consider this hotel again if I cross that side of the island again in the future.

Everything was excellent. Location perfect. Swimming pool & pool bar lovely with great music & cocktails. Roof top bar views incredible. Rooms really great, you can see two options in my video review. Breakfast absolutely delicious with so many yummy things to chose from. The location was fabulous, sheltered sandy beach with water sports and close proximity to two local towns which both had an excellent choice of restaurants. The staff were all first class throughout the hotel and extremely polite. Our hotel room was perfect with the added benefit of shared pool which seemed private as the other two rooms adjoining us didn’t use. Would definitely return when next in Crete.
