Everything! This was our second time staying there! Will definitely return again! We love the beach, the pool, the bathrooms, the comfortable beds and all the facilities! The restaurant and the parking are also great! We enjoyed ourselves 🙂

We were very but very satisfied.Beautiful place super close to the sea.Perfect breakfast and awesome dinners. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Managment and stuff very polite and nice to guests. I can higly recommend this hotel 👍

The rooms were always clean, personal was amazing and the location of the hotel is perfect. We had a car so exploring the island was easier so I really recommend renting car!

Very friendly and helpful staff. We asked for a late check out due to a late flight home and the receptionist was incredibly helpful and accommodating.

Small hotel but with all the amenities and facilities needed

Facilities are very nice, it’s quite and relaxing. The food was great. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Staff is very helpful and attentive.

The hotel offered everything our family needed. The kids loved the slides, while we enjoyed quiet evenings by the terrace. It’s rare to find a place that balances fun and relaxation so well.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They were all so nice, always helpful, always smiling and in a good mood. I loved saying good morning to the cleaning lady, she always had the bigest smile. And also the waiters and the kitchen staff - the best! The hotel is new, modern and very clean. Not big, but you have everything nearby.

We loved everything about Kapsaliana Village Hotel - it’s absolutely stunningly restored and a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the surroundings, the pool etc . The staff were all very welcoming, friendly and efficient. The restaurant served delicious food and wine and the breakfast was exceptional ! We also very much enjoyed a visit to Arkadi monastery and the hike back to the hotel . We can’t wait to go back to Kapsaliana !!

Quiet, not to big, not to small, excellent food, great staff

Our stay at Rethymno Palace was truly unforgettable. We chose this hotel to celebrate our wedding, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we could have made. Everything was exceptional, the beautiful hotel, the friendly and attentive staff, the delicious food, and the outstanding service. Everyone made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our special day was perfect. We are especially grateful to the entire team for helping us celebrate such an important milestone and for all the care and effort they put into making our wedding experience so memorable. Their hospitality and attention to detail meant so much to us. We wholeheartedly recommend Rethymno Palace to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday or a special place to celebrate an important occasion. We sincerely hope to come back one day. The Syntopia exceeded all of our expectations – the hotel was just gorgeous, with all the details carefully curated. We absolutely loved the "overwater" sunbeds by the pool and the fantastic relaxed vibes. Our room was enormous and beautiful, and the staff were exceptionally kind. It's rare to hear such in depth and helpful description of the hotel facilities at check-in, the front desk team were all highly informative and kind. Their recommendations for Rethymno were also spot on! The breakfast was also one of the best I have ever had, even the simple things were seasoned to perfection and the choice was huge. It truly is a gem of a hotel and we will definitely be back!

Everything is very well thought through. The location is right on the beach and the hotel is easily accessible by car (which they park for you). The hotel staff are all lovely and very welcoming, they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The hotel and room are both so pretty and you feel the luxury of it in the details, like ambient lighting and automatic curtains. Also the food at both breakfast and dinner was so fresh and delicious, with a wide variety of things to choose from each day.
