Location. Everything is thoughtfully arranged and tastefully designed. Andreas and Isidoros are rightly proud of their hotel, they cannot do enough for you. Rooms cleaned daily and are impeccable. Superb. Thank you.

Super close to the beach, and nearby restaurants in Kini. Anna-Maria was an amazing host and made us feel right at home - she even offered us sandwiches for our ferry ride after we checked out. Our room had everything we need and had great air conditioning. Highly recommend staying here if you’re after a relaxing break in Kini!

Lovely and clean apartment, well located with amazing sunset views.

We’ve had an amazing stay at the property as Markos was an exceptional host - warm, kind, hospitable, and responsive. The property itself was great, being a short 15 minute walk from not only the beach, but the centre of Galissas, with its shops and restaurants. It was a pleasure to stay at the apartment, we will be booking it shall we come to Galissas again.

Excellent location, beautiful view, exceptional rooftop - so relaxing and you can see stars falling in the night sky! The room was clean and had everything to make your stay comfortable. Very nice 2 star hotel with 5 star service, extremely clean, rooms done daily, toiletries and towels replaced daily, ample and varied breakfast, good WiFi, hosts do their utmost to make your stay enjoyable. Hotel is also in a great location with bus stop just outside the door and a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommended, will surely stay again if I visit Syros.

Helpful staff, unique decoration, good location

There was enough room for 3 people all in the one room, 1 double bed and a bunk bed. Buffet Breakfast was part of the deal. The hotel also has its own private beach. There are other nearby beaches and restaurants that are walking distance.

A wonderful beach front hotel in Vari with sea view rooms, clean and comfortable beds, good breakfast, beach front umbrellas with great service by hotel staff, great lunch and dinner menu options. Amazing front desk management and hotel staff are very polite and friendly.

It’s within walking distance to the beach, yet very quiet. The soundproofing of the rooms was great, and we slept soundly through the night. The breakfast was good, and the staff super helpful and friendly. They also had no issue accommodating our large dog. What I really appreciated, however, was that the room was cleaned daily and the linens and towels always smelled fresh!

My girlfriend and I had an amazing stay here. The hotel is located right on the beach, which made everything feel effortlessly relaxing. It’s also super easy to get to — we arrived by bus directly from the port with no issues at all. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh options, and the swimming pool was honestly the cleanest we've ever seen — crystal clear and really well maintained. A special shoutout to Benois restaurant, which completely exceeded our expectations. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was lovely, and the service was top-notch. We ended up dining there more often than we planned because it was just that good. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great food all in one place.

Very nice owners and very accommodating. Upgraded me to the larger room and let me store my things in reception and even gave me a key for reception in case they were out.

The location was excellent - so close to the beach. We really liked the room as well, very cute and authentic-feeling. Great balcony. Very lovely people.
