The property was modern, very clean and comfortable. As we where staying in October out of busy season period, we were upgraded to top floor apartment witch was a bonus to us as. It had incredible see view from a terrace and a balcony. The small local beaches where within walking distance as well as grocery shops too. Further bigger beaches were within half an hour drive, and great time to explore other little towns and areas. Free parking within a premises was another plus to this property. The complimentary gifts like local honey, bread, cosmetics where were nice touch and made our stay very pleasant and easy. I Thank you Topos!

Everything was amazing! The location was close to the centre and it was easy to go everywhere on the island from there. The breakfast was outstanding. The beds were comfortable and the staff were so helpful.

Good location quiet and peaceful on a night and just far enough out of the hustle and bustle but within walking distance of aghostoli supermarket 2 mins walk away. The owner Nicos is very friendly nothing is any trouble and he will assist in any way possible excellent host. we stayed in a ground floor apartment which was always lovely and cool we didn’t actually need the air conditioning. Good strong shower room appliances all in good working order comfy bed. We would definitely return again if we stayed in aghostoli area. Plenty parking on the road outside if you have a car or like us a scooter.

My husband and I had a room for 2.The location was great; the building was right infront of the walk along the waterfront, so close to the main square with all the restaurants, bars and shops.The owners were so nice, pleasant and resposive ,they also have a great restaurant downstairs where they offered us breakfast for free. The unit was so clean, everything was new and convenient. You can see the waterfront from the balcony.

    Actually the Hostess and her father. :))The apartments are beautifully situated!!! A paradisical garden with terrace over the beach. Flowering Oleanders and shadow from the trees, sunbeds in the garden. Tropical parasols on the private terraces. A Pearl in the setting of beloved Kefalonia!

    The apartment is positioned in a very quiet place, far from the street. The atmosphere was really relaxing with a beautiful view on the sunset and free access to the beach. The nice structure offered all the services we needed, as well the host was very kind and attentive to our needs, also a nice person to talk to. The cleaning service is a 10 as we never found the room dirty.

    Very quiet area, countryside, definitely need a car. Some stunning beaches within 20 min to half an hour drive. The main building accommodation is of better standards and more modern than the separate studio unit.

    The location was just fantastic. We have never had an apartment with such a great view and such a beautiful and quiet location. The beach was right next to the apartment. There is also a beautiful garden on the grounds of the guest house that can be used. Umbrellas and sunbeds are available free of charge. Two very nice taverns are within a 5 minute walk. There is also a parking lot that can be used for free. Another highlight was the hostess Ioanna, who was very warm and caring. A really nice person who cares about making you feel at home.

    The comfort of the room: it was spacious with a very comfortable bed and in addition to AC it had an excellent ceiling fan and mosquito nets for those who don't like to sleep with AC. The location is super quiet and right above a beautiful beach. A sun kit (umbrella + sunbeds) is offered to the guests free of charge. The warmth and kindness of the owner is a welcome plus! From the apartments it is a 5-minute walk to a traditional taverna with excellent food.

    Perfect apartment in ideal chilled location. Mattress nice and comfy. Very clean. Beautiful beach a very short walk away with free sun loungers to use & turtle nests! Beach bar with nice outlook for a drink. Amazing restaurant a short walk away called Captain Nicolas. Perfect location for a sunset weather permitting!! Ioanna was the perfect host-beautiful person.
