This is an absolute true find on this beautiful Island.If you are thinking of booking…do it.A truly peaceful escape set amongst Olive Trees. The attention to detail is simply second to none. Nothing is too much trouble & you are made to feel so at home in the beautiful surroundings of you suite. Staff are always available to sort anything you may need from room service , local information or just a chat. So many smiley faces ! Around the resort some one is always cleaning , brushing up leaves & polishing.This includes sparkling pools .If you love interiors You’ll be in heaven .Quality furniture & soft furnishings to admire. And finally the food… all quality homemade freshly prepared delights . Great selection of Wines too. Breakfast was perfectly presented & so delicious . I found the choice to be spot on. May i thank Anastasiia especially & her wonderful staff for making me feel so welcome , spoilt & comfortable. I will definitely return next year & would throughly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing , peaceful quality experience on this beautiful Island.

Designed very stylish! Photo on website was going with the reality. Very kind people, always help you. The company which is responsible for accomodation, could also manage your bost trip. Everything u can do in reception. Casa di pierro is located in very silent place but very near to market and all of the night clubs and restaurant by the sea.

Hotel located on a farm with vineyards, very beautiful villas, renovated and well equipped and with wonderful views. Very attentive and friendly staff, always attentive to your needs. Very good swimming pool and excellent breakfast. I recommend anyone to visit Zakynthos.

The house is amazing and offers all you need. The owners are super friendly and are super helpful to get you to nice places like restaurants and others. During our stay, they also completely cleaned the house once, including all towels. This is something you won't see other villas do. This gives you a really luxurious feeling and is much appreciated. Every day the swimming pool is cleaned. We highly recommend the villa, and we would like to come back!

Our stay at the villa was absolutely perfect! The villa is beautiful, tastefully designed, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The kids loved the pool,, and the location couldn’t be better. The host is a truly amazing woman – warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. She made sure we had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. We couldn’t have asked for more – highly highly highly recommended! We will be back!

The accommodation is fantastic! We have been to many places in the world, but this was one of the most beautiful. Renting a car is definitely necessary, otherwise it is difficult to get around. Christine, the host, is friendly and kind. There was food and drink waiting for us in the fridge, and he gave us a gift when we left. Important!: it is worth booking on the hotel's website, because the price is significantly better, and the booking was incorrect with us during the booking, which was very annoying.

Lovely rural location in the olive groves, next to the farm. Short walk to some restaurants, or a drive to the leeda's village complex. Rustic feel but all we needed, loved chilling by the pool in the hammock. Various wildlife such as donkeys and peacocks 😂

You are surround by olive groves - and if wanted - it's just a short drive in several directions to some beautiful small beaches where the water is beautifully warm - and certainly not overcrowded. Heaven!!!! Well worth hiring a car for the duration of the stay.

Lovely location overlooking Cameo Island, where my niece got married. Was a great location for boat excursion & restaurants, we loved the village feel away from the main resorts. We even saw turtles & a shooting star.

We had a stay at the private villa in Lithakia (July 2021).

We had a stay at the private villa in Lithakia (July 2021). We enjoyed the amazing Laganas beach with many really great restaurants and bars. Local tavernas, especially Ole Ole is something special. Very tasty and beutiful restaurant. Directly from the beach we bought great tours - turtle spotting (must-see, especially from the small taxi boat), small islands. It's still always a good idea to rent a car on Zakynthos just in order to see everything. We had 7 days stay and only 4 of them we had a car but it was enough to see I suppose 80% of the island and enjoy another beaches and Shipwreck view

Very nice family hosting the hotel with good service and always with a smile. Nice to have access to the fruit and vegetables from the garden as well as the homemade olive oil and olives. Nice terrace for everyone to use where you can have a drink in the evening watching the sun set over the ocean. Supermarket nearby for buying breakfast, snacks and drinks. Also close to the beach but at the same time far enough from the nightlife of Laganas not be disturbed at night. Perfect!

Great location as in a quiet suburb Beautiful rooms - look like the photos. Surrounded by olive groves. The hostess was really great, went over and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and helped to give us good tips of where to go on the island. We paid for the breakfast option which was at a sister hotel down the road. The food was really good and the staff were so great!

Family-run hotel, large enough to have great facilities but small enough to be personal and friendly. We had a larger room - very spacious with a wonderful sea-view, and half-board: the food was excellent - great choice with great healthy options. Drinks were good value - especially cocktails by the pool in Happy Hour! We intend to return!
