As we like to sleep long we had a chance to buy breakfast even after the hotel's breakfast time. Super! And it is near the airport, Uber took us at 4 in the morning to the airport and cost 20euros

There are plenty of restaurant options within walking...
There are plenty of restaurant options within walking distance of the Hotel. We ate at a couple of restaurants and the food and beverages were great. There is also a small market close by that seemed to have everything we needed - beer, wine, alcohol, snacks, souvenirs, etc. There is also ample transportation if you want to travel farther for restaurants or to site see.

Great restaurants and cafes nearby. Great pool and access to the beach. We only needed a two night stay in Athens. We were leaving the country and it was fairly close to the airport. Very nice and relaxing location. You don’t even feel you’re close to Athens.

This is a small but very comfortable family-run hotel.
This is a small but very comfortable family-run hotel. It's especially well-maintained and very clean. Because it's perched on the cliff, there's a beautiful view of the Aegean Sea and its islands. Next to the hotel is a marina and a small beach.
The pool isn't large, but it has sun loungers and an excellent bar with very helpful staff who make delicious cocktails!
The breakfast is very good, with a wide variety of options, served in a spacious and comfortable dining area.
The rooms are a good size, and ours had a small balcony overlooking the sea.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cabo Verde Hotel, and it's definitely worth the price.

Beautiful place, lovely restaurants and beaches. Clearly a little run down and struggling economically. The presence of poor graffiti and unfinished buildings spoiled the experience a little but overall it's just absolutely stunning.

Even the taxi drivers were having difficulty finding the hotel.
Unfortunately we won't be visiting again !
Absolutely would not recommend it if you want a fun packed holiday with great quality food and drink !

Lovely hotel and very clean. Breakfast very good.
Lovely hotel and very clean. Breakfast very good. The pool area and gardens were lovely. The only downside was there were a few people / families around the pool that were not guests taking up sun beds.
Overall excellent hotel with a few restaurants within easy walk.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The balcony offers a nice view, and it was a great place to watch the sunrise. The hotel is located close to the sea, making it easy to enjoy the waterfront and the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The swimming pool was clean and never felt too crowded, so it was easy to relax. The food was good, with enough variety to find something enjoyable each day.
Overall, this is a comfortable hotel in a convenient location that offers good value for a relaxing holiday.

Location: right next to the sea (one can make it to the sea within 1 minute). The pool area is very good. Food is tasty and healthy, and the restaurant has a lot of tables both inside and outside (we booked half-board and enjoyed every breakfast and dinner watching the sea). The hotel is modern and comfortable, and despite being fully-booked it never felt crowded.

I wanted a quite area for my last night in Greece. close from the airport. This was a nice choice. Mati is a quite area but has some tavernas nearby and its a short 30 minute drive from the airport. The room has a nice area, a great balcony and the breakfast is good. I would stay here again.

We were upgraded to an ocean view
Room. The bed was the most comfortable bed we had during our 2.5 weeks in Greece at various locations. The breakfast was nice, and the staff was friend responsive. The hotel looks older mid-century modern but has been maintained well.
