Very well organized. Nice atmosphere, very cute and cozy little hotel with a beautiful garden.

It is in a super quiet surrounding, still 2 minutes from the sea. Staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast served was varied and plentiful. There's a rooftop swimming pool which has a nice view of the sea as well (although we didn't use, just went to have a look). Spacious room, comfortable bed. Thanks

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Cyano Hotel in Plakias. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcome. The hotel is beautiful, modern, very clean and has such a peaceful boutique atmosphere. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the location is perfect: close to the beach, restaurants and the beautiful surroundings of South Crete. What made our stay truly special was the kindness and hospitality of the staff. We had mentioned that we were celebrating our 43rd wedding anniversary, and as a surprise the team prepared a fresh cream cake for us. Such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture — it made our stay even more memorable. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful and always greeted us with a smile. Plakias itself is amazing, but Cyano Hotel made our holiday unforgettable. We honestly felt relaxed from the very first moment. Lovely welcome, room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Really nice view from our balcony and short walk to the main shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was also really nice. Would recommend anyone who is thinking of staying here to book in good value for money.

The elderly couple who managed the hotel were lovely and provided a very good breakfast with exceptional service. I ate breakfast on a lovely terrace with flowers all around. I had a lovely sea view and the room was cleaned every day.

Great stay, great breakfast, great host. We totally recommend the location. Be aware that the area is very windy, we could not go to the beach beacuse of the wind.

We only stayed here for a day as we had to check out of our villa early in the morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked the fact that we could check-in at 10am which was earlier than most hotels. It was cheap and worth the money we paid. The bedroom and bathroom were very basic, but clean, and the shower worked well. The location is excellent and is just steps from the beach and restaurants.

The hotel is beautiful and perfect for a romantic escape. The room was just perfect and the bed very comfortable. I loved the balcony and the fantastic view with mountains and the sea. We also enjoyed the pool outside and ordered a fresh, cold-pressed juice. In the village you can also find very nice restaurants.

Everything was amazing. This hotel was the best I have stayed in all my many trips of Greece and I have visited Athens several times and many of the islands! The staff go out of their way to meet all your needs. The food is exceptional, very fresh and with ample options of local cuisine. In all our stay no two meals were the same in fact the buffet is very well planned to have different dishes at every meal! Everything is fresh, local and abundant. The attention to detail is amazing! Children are well catered for and the rooms are impeccably clean! All the staff from the Hotel general manager, the owners and their extended family, the reception staff, the entertainment, housekeepers, chefs, cooks, waiters and barmen are all amazing people and go out of their way to meet and greet all guests and are constantly asking if we need anything and constantly smiling. This hotel is a true gem and probably Crete’s best kept secret! The location next to Preveli and Kourtaliotiko Gorge is very convenient and really enhances the unique Cretan experience! This Hotel is well worth a stay and I really hope we will have an occasion to come back!

Stunning property and rooms! Very aesthetically pleasing! Staff were so helpful and nothing was too big of an ask, they had lots of recommendations on places to visit and places to eat! Recommend their breakfast being brought to the room! We had a room with a private pool and it was the most perfect room 😊

High end interior design, friendly staff and super clean. Located only 50 m away from the beach. A++

A lovely hotel in a great location opposite the beach. In May there were no noisy bars nearby! The lady on the front desk was superb. Helpful and very friendly. Other staff all good too. The bed was huge and the room a good size and nice balcony. Fridge in the room. Also a very good shower. Nice breakfast with a good choice. Street parking or we used the car park at the side of the hotel.

Perfect location by the seashore, very comfortable room with a nice decoration and comfortable beds; discreet service, and spotless cleanliness. Everything was excellent and made for a wonderful stay. I would recommend also the great breakfast available a la carte in the café below the rooms.

The view was spectacular. It's a very peaceful location, but close to the beach and all the taverns.
