Very well organized. Nice atmosphere, very cute and cozy little hotel with a beautiful garden.

It is in a super quiet surrounding, still 2 minutes from the sea. Staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast served was varied and plentiful. There's a rooftop swimming pool which has a nice view of the sea as well (although we didn't use, just went to have a look). Spacious room, comfortable bed. Thanks

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Cyano Hotel in Plakias. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcome. The hotel is beautiful, modern, very clean and has such a peaceful boutique atmosphere. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the location is perfect: close to the beach, restaurants and the beautiful surroundings of South Crete. What made our stay truly special was the kindness and hospitality of the staff. We had mentioned that we were celebrating our 43rd wedding anniversary, and as a surprise the team prepared a fresh cream cake for us. Such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture — it made our stay even more memorable. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful and always greeted us with a smile. Plakias itself is amazing, but Cyano Hotel made our holiday unforgettable. We honestly felt relaxed from the very first moment. Bed was comfortable. Pool is really nice. Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. Close to the beach front lined with a lot of restaurants for the evening.

Pleasant continental style breakfast I enjoyed the yogurt and honey to wake up to served on the balcony over looking plakias with coffee and home made jams thank you to yianni and Irene for there beautiful and kind hospitality.

Great stay, great breakfast, great host. We totally recommend the location. Be aware that the area is very windy, we could not go to the beach beacuse of the wind.

We only stayed here for a day as we had to check out of our villa early in the morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked the fact that we could check-in at 10am which was earlier than most hotels. It was cheap and worth the money we paid. The bedroom and bathroom were very basic, but clean, and the shower worked well. The location is excellent and is just steps from the beach and restaurants.

The hotel is beautiful and perfect for a romantic escape. The room was just perfect and the bed very comfortable. I loved the balcony and the fantastic view with mountains and the sea. We also enjoyed the pool outside and ordered a fresh, cold-pressed juice. In the village you can also find very nice restaurants.

Everything was amazing. This hotel was the best I have stayed in all my many trips of Greece and I have visited Athens several times and many of the islands! The staff go out of their way to meet all your needs. The food is exceptional, very fresh and with ample options of local cuisine. In all our stay no two meals were the same in fact the buffet is very well planned to have different dishes at every meal! Everything is fresh, local and abundant. The attention to detail is amazing! Children are well catered for and the rooms are impeccably clean! All the staff from the Hotel general manager, the owners and their extended family, the reception staff, the entertainment, housekeepers, chefs, cooks, waiters and barmen are all amazing people and go out of their way to meet and greet all guests and are constantly asking if we need anything and constantly smiling. This hotel is a true gem and probably Crete’s best kept secret! The location next to Preveli and Kourtaliotiko Gorge is very convenient and really enhances the unique Cretan experience! This Hotel is well worth a stay and I really hope we will have an occasion to come back!

The location was excellent, right by the beach, we could have even breakfast, lunch or dinner by the beach, excellent service from the friendly staff. Food was exceptional. One can feel the personal touch, they make us welcome all the time, like family! We certainly come back as soon as we can.

Perfect location by the seashore, very comfortable room with a nice decoration and comfortable beds; discreet service, and spotless cleanliness. Everything was excellent and made for a wonderful stay. I would recommend also the great breakfast available a la carte in the café below the rooms.

The view was spectacular. It's a very peaceful location, but close to the beach and all the taverns.

The room was deeply clean, very spacious and the personal was always ready to help and give precious advices.
