Spacious, tastefully designed rooms at an excellent location in a quiet alley near the city center. Very nice breakfast with 4 different breakfast options. Very friendly and helpful staff! We will definitely choose Eramai again for our next visit to Patras!

Andres was great when we checked in. And Leia - she went to great lengths to find us a fan because it was humid when we got there, and the hotel a/c was not running yet. Leia is the perfect front desk person - efficient, accommodating, attentive - she made us feel welcome! The hotel had lots of hand sanitizers around. The filtered refill water station on our floor was a good bonus! The housekeeper on our floor was a joy - always smiling! Breakfast was great - lots of varieties and local food. The room was good size with lots of storage. The bathroom had no curtain or door for the shower - but surprising, the water did not overflow!!! Good drain too. Great-smelling toiletries. Bath and mat towels were thick!
