I had booked this hotel, but two days before our arrival, I was informed that the hotel was fully booked and that we would be transferred to another hotel called Maistros Village. The hotel they assigned us was presented as a five-star hotel, but its quality was not even comparable to that of a one-star hotel. In addition, we were charged a hotel tax that was much higher than expected. The room we were given was in very poor condition and noticeably worn out. We requested a room change several times, but our requests were denied. The double beds were also in poor condition, and the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms were inadequate. When we asked for a better room, we were told that we would need to pay an additional 100 to 150 units of currency. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the service, the condition of the rooms, and the way the hotel handled the situation. My stay fell far short of the expectations I had for a five-star hotel.

Amazing pool & facilities! Haris was so accommodating and allowed us to check in early. We spent majority of one of our days here as it truely felt like a resort! The staff were so kind and the food was incredible! Very helpful in booking us taxis & airport transfers as well.

This may be a long review as we liked a lot of things. So, if you came to Santorini for night life, you can stop here. We came the whole family, parents and two daughters. That is why we looked for a beach front, two bedrooms apartments. And Dimitrios' house was exactly what we were looking for. And it was much more. The bedrooms are at first floor with their bathroom with shower. Both have the air conditioning that can run in any conditions (no key or open window restrictions - so be careful not to leave it open). Both bedrooms have plenty of space in the cupboards, the smaller one may be a little too small, but it was more than enough for our daughters. The crown of the first floor is the balcony on the bigger bedroom with straight view to the see. Seeing the sunrise in our first morning was priceless. The ground floor has a very well equipped kitchen, the only thing someone would miss is the microwave. It has its own bathroom, also with shower, so we could have a good split when coming from the beach. The living room is very spacious, here you can eat your breakfast or any other meal you ordered or prepared. The TV is a smart one, and you can enjoy several known movie applications. We were surprised by several book available in the living room but we were prepared for that from home. In front of the entrance, there is a small terrace, with a small table, two chairs and a cocoon where you can relax in the evening. At 20m from the house you can go to a small beach with three trees to get some shade. At about 50m from shore there is a stone barrier that stops the waves, and create a small area where kids can have a lot of fun (not very deep water). After the stone barrier you can go into the see, and, if there are no big waves, you can enjoy the swimming. It last for us only first two days, then it was too windy and wavy. I am out of possible words here so I will continue in "what didn't you like" ===

Great location. It's only 20 minutes away from the capital, easy to get around by bus or rental. Peaceful and relaxing time. Host was very friendly and easy to get in touch with for any questions or advice. Pool cleaner Ben really nice guy, gave us tips on places to go and eat out. If you are looking for a peaceful holiday then would definitely recommend.

There are only a few eating places close by the hotel but...

There are only a few eating places close by the hotel but Captain Loizos tavern was excellent. A large choice on the menu and each one so good. Memories Hotel was a good place to stay and were very helpful including arranging taxi transport from the airport to hotel and again from the hotel to the port.

Not the area I would recommend for those expecting the...

Not the area I would recommend for those expecting the Santorini experience you see in pictures unless you just want to be close to the beach and then plan your transportation to get to areas with more to do and see. If you’re a family that can come more often, or don’t mind driving yourself around it’s a good value.

4 restaurants, a large beach, especially for families, as the sea is below 70 cm deep for more than a hundred meters. You can take the bus to Fera, and from there all over the island. The airport is on walking distance (2 km), but don't walk it when its hot. It is a very small airport, so you can endure the rising planes. The Italian restaurant at the corner serves also under the trees across the street. After 19.00 that's the best place to be, in the shadow, near the sea.

The hand delivered Breakfast with three options is something you dont see these days . Absolutely smashing array of local delights. Having spent 4 days in Santorini and savoring the sights of Oia and Fera , the beautioful attractions as shown in brochures , I recommend a more isolated area like Monolithos and especially the Mylithos suites, it was an oasis in a hilly and barren location with a lot of local residences - walking into lovely eateries by the beach road. It is for those travelers who prefer places "off the beaten path"

Going there over winter break (Christmas week) we did not...

Going there over winter break (Christmas week) we did not anticipate any crowds, but there were several areas that were absolutely closed for the season. But there were plenty of places still open for food and shopping, and we enjoyed the lack of crowds as it helped us get fantastic photo shots of both sunrises and sunsets. A rental car is a must, and the of Oia was particularly enjoyable.

New, stylish hotel with beautiful rooms (with heated jacuzzi), good breakfast which is delivered to the room, so you can enjoy a private breakfast with a great view if you booked a room with seaview. Calm vibes and nice pool area. The staff was friendly and helpful.
