We were delighted to be given a delicious breakfast every morning. We sat on the balcony in the morning sunshine with sea views and the balcony at the back with mountain views and sunshine. Very relaxing and great location for swimming in the sea and rock climbing too

Great location for climbing in and around Leonidio. Amazing views from the terrace, both sea and mountains. Short walk of a couple of minutes to the calm beach. Very clean apartment, very clean beds. Amazing breakfast. Best of all, amazing hosts who go well out of their way to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. One of the best places I have stayed overall, well worth it and no negatives I have found. Definitely recommended.

Ideal place for peaceful, relaxing vacations. Nicely designed apartments, terrace with Seaview, cozy territory with beautiful plants. Breathtaking pool and breakfast area with bar where you can order drinks and ice cream. Friendly employees and ideal everyday room cleaning. Great breakfast. There are few beaches in walking distance and many you can reach by car, the same with tavernas. The coast line in both directions is rather interesting to see.

Very romantic place, stunning yard! Room was decorated nicely and in specific style in harmony with village vibe. Comfy bed. Staff very, very nice and polite. Parking lot near place, free of charge. Overall great place for short stays.

Beautiful traditional hotel in a wonderful village, just a few steps from the beach. Super nice hosts, with good advice on how to spend our time, and very attentive to make us feel comfortable. Excellent breakfast and coffee. Even if it was a bit rainy, we still enjoyed scenic walks in and around the village.

The setting is spectacular, view of the little harbor and the sea in one direction and the mountains leading to Leonidio in the other. When you're up early you see some fishing boats returning. Quiet and lovely. The staff went out of their way to make pretty good breakfast (if you like greek yoghurt, omelette with feta, freshly pressed juice and greek coffee...).

We arrived at the hotel in May in the afternoon hours. We received a nice and clean room with new furniture and a renovated shower. We wanted to take a walk around the village of Kosmas. Paniyuta, the hotel owner, offered us umbrellas and came to pick us up in her car when it started to rain. We were the only guests at the hotel. The hotel owner hosted us with a friend in the evening. Breakfast at the hotel was fantastic.
