Great location overlooking the Myrtoan sea. One minute walk to the beach where you can find some shade under the trees and walk over nice pebbles to the clear sea water for a swim. After a good swim and sun soak walk across the pebbles to Myrtoon restaurant for some fantastic Greek food and fish. The hotel is very clean with good amenities and the staff friendly and helpful.

It's like a paradise in the centre of Leonidio. The courtesy of the staff, the elegant decoration at every point of the mansion, the hygiene in the rooms, the quality of the equipment used was great. The pool was clean, the sunbeds were comfortable and the hours we spent in the pool were very enjoyable. There was a variety for every preference at breakfast. In addition, everything was very fresh and delicious. After check out, while waiting for the bus time, they allowed us to use the facilities of the mansion and offered us refreshments.

The property is traditional but unbelievably comfortable and modern where needed. The beds are comfortable and the service is unbelievably attentive and kind. We were travelling for a difficult family obligation and felt truly at home and cared for at this guesthouse. We will never stay anywhere else in the region. The restaurants in the village are some of the best in all of Greece and we had a really good experience. Breakfasts at the guesthouse were generous and beautifully made.

Owners of the property have created a picturesque little house which is cozy and far more comfortable than its size. Hosts were always in touch with me in case I needed something. It also had a nice little yard and a rooftop where I could stargaze for hours if there were no mosquitoes. The village of Pragmateftis is suitable for someone who wants serenity and quiet time. There are no restaurants, cafes or other similar places. At night the only sound was a dog barking from far away. Keep in mind that the village is not built for cars. At busy times parking is available not near the property but also not terribly far. Also village roads are narrow so for bigger cars some skill and some patience is needed.
