Stunning property. Helpful staff. Beautiful room and bathroom. Great pool area. Nice dining room with good food. Good breakfast. We were greeted with a welcome card and little treat in our room when arrived.

Very helpful and nice lady at breakfast. Rooms clean and comfortable. If you have a car, the driveway is not as scary as they say in the comments. For such a beautiful view, it is understandable that you have to drive up or down. Lots of places to park cars. Very nice hotel service.

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location was absolutely excellent, making it easy to explore everything the area has to offer. The host was incredibly friendly, always available to help with any questions or needs. The apartment was absolutely EXCEPTIONAL! It was very spacious, quiet, modern and clean. It had a fully equipped kitchen and the bed was so comfortable. Our host was also so friendly and accommodating. I would 1000% recommend this property and I would definitely book this place again. It is such a rare find and it exceeded our expectations on every level.

The apartment building is brand new and modern. There is private underground parking with an elevator to the upper floors (there is a code to enter the underground parking anytime). You can enter the building anytime using your room key or a code. If you have an apartment with a balcony with a view, the view is breathtaking day and night. Extremely quiet, peaceful, there is virtually no road noise. We enjoyed many mornings having breakfast and dinners in the evening on our balcony. Excellent air conditioning, plenty of hot water for the shower, and very comfortable bed and pillows. The kitchenette was helpful, it was fully equipped with all the basics. There is a local church right around the corner. Within 5 to 10 minute drive there is the center of the town with supermarkets, bakeries, pastry shops, restaurants, pharmacy, barber shops, beauty salons, high quality fitness centers, etc. There is a 15 minute drive to the center of Ioannina. Keep in mind you will need to have a car for this apartment. What we really loved about this apartment is the fact that is located in the middle of a neighborhood with families and children often walking. We did not feel like we were tourists, we felt like we were locals and part of the everyday life.
