Loved our stay. Great mix of traditional stone building and quality renovated comfort with such thoughtful use of space and design. Saw this property in an architectural magazine and was even better in person, and in such a cute village with a great vibe. Would stay again.

We had the pleasure of staying at Villa Archanes for one night, and it was a delightful experience. The villa is beautifully designed in traditional Cretan style, and we truly appreciated every detail in our room. It was cozy and inviting, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was a highlight of our stay—delicious homemade orange juice, eggs, and traditional Cretan products that gave us a true taste of the local cuisine. Although we didn't use the small pool, it looked like a perfect spot to relax. Archanes itself is a wonderful village to explore, offering an authentic experience of Cretan life. We enjoyed mingling with the locals, savoring the food, and immersing ourselves in the culture. If you're looking to experience the real Crete, Villa Archanes is an excellent choice!

Beautiful traditional house with all the amenities that you need and it’s own yard. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms at a separate level make it ideal also for groups and families. Walking distance from nearby tavernas, cafes etc. Georgia the host was more than helpful to provide us with everything that we needed.
