This hotel is spectacular! The decor is tasteful, warm, and looked like it came straight from a magazine! The staff were super nice and friendly. Get a room with a view! It overlooks the harbour and town, with views all across the bay. the showers was amazing and the location is awesome! You can just walk for 5 minutes and you are at a beautiful beach. All the restaurants and main walking street are also a 5 minute walk. We couldn't have been happier!

Spacious room, super clean, and offering a beautiful view. Self check-in was easy and clear, host was very responsive. Plenty of restaurants and sights just a short walk away. Despite the central location, it was wonderfully quiet at night. Several breakfast spots nearby made mornings a breeze. Parking was within walking distance as well. Highly recommend!

Great pool, amazingly looking hotel and the room, very modern and chic. We had a pretty small private garden at the entrance of the room. Staff amazing, very friendly and a family vibe, helpful and always ready for you, best aspect, they were amazing! Super pretty entrance to the hotel, everywhere with a lot of plants.

The service was top notch. Everyone was helpful and answered any requests we had. We had half board and though previous comments said that the food was not good, I beg to differ. The breakfast was ample with lots of buffet options (hot and cold) as well as the menu (you could order omelets, and other items off the menu). Frappes and Fredo espressos were not problem. The setting at breakfast was beautiful overlooking the pool and ocean. One of the previous comments said that there weren't any Greek offerings at dinner. Being Greek-American, I thought the inclusive dinner options did a great job with an overall selection to appeal to everyone as well as classic Greek and Cretan options. Obviously, if one truly wants a true Cretan dining experience, then I recommend eating off property, but we ate both nights we stayed at the resort, and we all greatly enjoyed. I've been to many all-inclusive hotels in Mexico and the Caribbean and the food and drinks at this establishment were the best we've had. The hotel manager was always present, making rounds ensuring people were enjoying their stay. In fact, our son celebrated his birthday one night and the hotel staff provided a dairy-free cake (he's allergic to dairy) for his bday complete with candles! Lastly, the resort is beautifully and tastefully decorated. I greatly enjoyed walking around, taking in all the sights. The designers did an exceptional job making it feel very Greek island-esque with every nook and cranny having artwork or decorations.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable, I slept great The hotel is on a main road, but after 22:00, it is very quiet. The host was very helpful. She makes also dinner, and wonderful breakfast. It has a nice garden with grapes and pears trees. The air conditioner was good and quite.

Apartment has the most amazing Mediterranean Sea view! -and I’ve seen hundreds. The view from these immaculate hillside apartments is truly spectacular. The host is a super-nice doctor and all amenities are here: great beds generous balconies, neat kitchen & spotless bathroom - including a crystal clear private pool. Great restaurants and beaches nearby also
