We liked everything. Vagelis, the owner, is very kind and attentive, ready to answer all your questions. The apartment is perfectly clean, spacious, nicely furnished and well equipped. The position of the air-conditioner is excellent. When you need clean towels or bed linens or whatever you might need, just ask for it. There is also some stuff such as shower gel, shampoo, soap, washing-up liquid, tea, sugar... There is a beautiful veranda and outside shower and a beach bed, right there. The view of the sea is fantastic. The pebble beach is just opposite the apartment and there are beach beds and umbrellas. Next to the apartment there is a restaurant bar and you can also get drink or food right there on the beach. The parking is behind the building and it is a really safe place where you can leave you car. Some sun protection would do good, though. This is a perfect place for those who like peace and quiet, the sound of crickets and waves. We enjoyed it very much and hope we'll come again.

The place is very beautiful, more than in the photos...our room was very big and clean just in front of the swimming pool...you can see the sunsire from your bed. The host is friendly and helpful and your are near Kymi that is a very charming village.

A quiet place ideal for relaxing vacation.

A quiet place ideal for relaxing vacation. The village has few really nice taverns and the people are friendly. The village has no big landmarks or an amazing beach, but nearby there are many other small places to visit and many wonderful swimming areas like Stomio beach. The village is perfectly located if you want to explore the Kymi coastline but also not too far from the scenic mountains to the north. Within 30-40 minutes driving you can visit some spectacular beaches or walk in the forest at 700-800 meters elevation. We visited several beaches and we did some hiking and all places definitely exceeded my expectations. Depending on the accommodation the view from the village towards the sea is wonderful. Stomio, Soutsini (good beach for small kids), Kalamos are excellent choices to swim around Platana.
