My stay at Golden Rose Suites was fantastic. Not only is it beautiful and well kept, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The owner, Eleni, is a wonderful woman who makes you feel like family.

Comfortable, cosy and well designed place. The staff was professional and friendly. Very nice breakfast. Near sea location with pool and private parking.

Kind staff, extremely accommodating

Great location, very clean, and owner is a super sweet guy always willing to help.

Water slides, staff was very helpful and polite, territory, clean room, big balcony, all day food and snacks/ice cream were available. Kids were happy to attend mini disco and evening shows, we spent really good time in this hotel! Food could be more various but anyway all of us could find something for ourselves.

Friendly staff, great food and drinks, and great indoor heated pool

My mother celebrated her 60 birthday. They approved our early check-in, and my mom received a cake with a personalized note from the staff ! The staff were incredible ! Super friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Everything was perfect. we loved the adults only section. The food was amazing. Never seen my mom so happy and carefree. We want to send our love to all the amazing staff : valentine at the reception, Ira that made us amazing drinks and was always so fun to chat with, the lovely staff at the spa reception and hair salon. Everyone really made our vacation a dream. Would love to go back.

The hotel is very charming. We had a family room which was pretty spacious. There are 3 pools, so plenty for all the guests. The restaurant is delicious. However what stood out the most is the staff which were the kindest people, always smiling, always helpful. We found the location perfect to explore the different beaches and go also for dinner in Chania.

Amazing all-inclusive hotel – the pool, the delicious food, and the unique cocktails were all perfect. Special thanks to Irene, the legendary bartender always with a smile, to Elpida from PR for an exceptional welcome, and to the entire team working around the clock to keep everything spotless and running smoothly, in the highest season

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful apartment that truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment I arrived, I was treated like family by the hosts, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and happiness throughout my stay. The apartment/suite itself was nice and clean and located in a serene area, just a short walk from the beach. peaceful atmosphere One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible hospitality. The hosts were not only attentive but also incredibly kind. They even helped me clean my car for the rental place wouldnt charge me from the dirty drive to Balso Beach, which was such a thoughtful gesture that I truly appreciated. If you're looking for a beautiful place to unwind, with hosts that treat you like their own, I can't recommend this apartment enough. It was an unforgettable experience, and I can’t wait to return! Five stars all the way!

The room was updated, but still had a Cretan feel with a wood ceiling, and a lot of local stone around the pool and cafe area. Very tasteful. The hosts are pleasant and the breakfast was tasty.

As fitness enthusiasts, we appreciated the well-equipped gym and the availability of sports facilities like tennis and basketball courts. It was great to maintain our workout routine even while on vacation.

We just had a wonderful experience at Sclopa. Everything was perfect! The place is beautiful, peaceful, and the perfect spot to relax, with a beautiful pool to enjoy. The room was also very clean and comfortable. Mary is absolutely the best host ever. She made the whole experience even better with her kindness and hospitality. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you, Sclopa!

The host was so kind and accommodating!

The hotel was clean everywhere: in the rooms, the restaurant, the pool area, the garden, and even the common restroom outside. The staff were very helpful, kind, smiling, and cheerful. The food was varied and tasty. It was very convenient to have the seaside so close, just across the road, and it was also great to always have free sunbeds available

It was beautiful, and the staff was amazing! They went consistently in every interaction above and beyond! We’ll definitely be back!
