Very clean rooms, well equiped and very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast with a large variety of healthy options. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated. No noise coming in from the road or the adjacent rooms. Overall a great experience.

The location although at first getting to our rooms in another building was complicated. Hafiz was a great help with our luggage. The food in the dining room was excellent. And Kyriakou made us - just as he did everyone else feel so personally welcome.

A luxurious renovated hotel in Rethymno ‘s beach side. I really loved the style and the minimal vibe. I only stayed one night because it was a business trip but I really enjoyed it and relaxed. The stuff was excellent kind and very helpful during my stay I totally recommend 😍

We loved the outstanding hospitality from the moment we arrived – the staff was always attentive and greeted us with a warm smile, regularly checking if we needed anything. The à la carte restaurant (Chef’s) was absolutely delicious, accompanied by wonderful live music. Breakfast exceeded our expectations with its variety and quality. We stayed in three different types of rooms, all of which were comfortable and well-maintained. The pool area was fantastic, and the entire hotel was exceptionally clean throughout our stay.

We visited Ammos suites 2 years ago and loved it so much, we never usually return to places but we always knew we would come back as it has been one of our favourite places and a few of our friends have also visited off our recommendation and loved it too! Since we last came the reception and pool area has been renovated and looks so modern and trendy, which is no surprise as the manager, Filio, always looks so stylish and has great taste! All the staff at Ammos are extremely friendly and hard working and everywhere is spotlessly clean. You can tell everyone who works there has pride in their work and cares about the guests! We can’t wait to return again one day!!

Hotel Batis is the best choice to enjoy Rethymno! Located right in front of a lovely beach, it offers great value for money. The hotel has been recently refurbished, everything is very clean, and the staff is truly kind and welcoming. No doubt—I’ll definitely come back! Special thanks to Irina (the blonde girl) for her great suggestions, and to all the receptionists for their helpfulness!

As a small hotel, it offers a sense of personal touch and comfort that’s hard to find elsewhere. The staff—and the owner—are very friendly, always welcoming and eager to assist with any request. Their warmth and hospitality make you feel like a valued guest from the moment you arrive. The rooms are impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed, and well-equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Mornings start with a delicious Greek breakfast, offering a wide variety of fresh choices—including excellent fresh orange juice. With its beautiful views of the beach and great location (plus own parking) Swell Boutique Hotel combines convenience with tranquility. We’ve returned several times already and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. Highly recommended.
