The place is exactly like in the photos. Clean and organized. We had our towels changed twice in a 5day stay. The house has everything you may need. Easy parking as well. Having the bbq was an extra! The cleaning lady was very friendly and helpful. Totally worth the money

Very clean and quiet. The garden is amazing, you can sit in the shade and relax all day long. The rooms are looking great and are cleaned every day, with all the amenities available on spot. But best of all, the host is so nice and attentive, anything we needed was getting solved in maximum 5 minutes. We had our wedding preparations at the location and it was perfect! We are so happy with our choice and if you are looking for a place to relax and also get a 5 stars service, this is the place to go to!

We had an amazing time! The apartments have everything for a great family trip. Sparkling clean. Extremely friendly, hospitable, helpful and kind hosts. Great outdoor spaces, super fun for children. Our kid Sophie had her 3rd birthday with her new friends we met there. Thank you all for everything, you made our stay memorable!

House Anastasia is delightfully fitted, modern apartments in the excellent location in Sykia.  Wifi is excellent have not had any issues with it.  Our hosts, Costas and his wifr were welcoming for anything we needed.  The accommodation has a fridge, kettle, cofee machine and toaster but no kitchen. We did not miss having kitched because we once cooked on the terrace downstairs, kind of shared outside kitchen.  The family also owns fish sale and grill service and we had a great take away from them, excellend sea bass for half a retaurant price. Pictures and description were accurate. I loved mosquito nets, air con and the lovely smell welcomed us in the apartment. I strongly recommend staying at House Anastasia for a top end apartment, great service for exploring beautiful Sitonia, Halkidiki and its many beaches are within 20 mins drive. No complaints what so ever. Well done  Costas, you are a great host!

The apartment is new and cozy. Everything is functional and ergonomic. It is in walking distance from a super market and the village center. It is some 5km away from a near by beach. Every saturday is a flee market very close to this property. It is a nice event to shop fruits, clothes, fish, nuts and small house -related articles

We stayed for ten days with our family of 4 adults and one child, and it was a wonderful experience. Anastasia and Babis were super hosts and incredibly accommodating to our many requests. The villa grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and the surroundings are very peaceful. There are three separate units in the villa, which share walls, and a common pool space. The villa itself is brand new; it is meticulously designed with natural materials and comfortable furniture. Everything is so well thought out and beautifully designed. The beds were on the firmer side and very comfortable, and the AC worked well (though it requires all windows and doors in the entire home to be shut in order to work). Babis and Anastasia brought us fresh Greek coffee and home made marmalades for our stay, and there is a cleaner who comes every day to take out the trash and keep the grounds in order. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

The host Malama is friendly. Although she can’t speak English, we still can feel her hospitality. She offered welcome Greek coffee drink when we arrived. Inside of our studio is a little dark but there are a lot outdoor space. The location is good, just across the street then arrive the beach. I watched sunrise on the beach directly front the apartment. There are many nice, quiet and clean beaches near the apartment. That is benefit to stay in Malama room.

    This lovely little town offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere full of locals having their morning coffee and/or playing backgammon. On Saturdays, the town comes alive with a bustling market, brimming with fresh produce and handmade goods.

    It is a truly unique village, not right on the beach but set...

    It is a truly unique village, not right on the beach but set back in the hills. The people and the authenticity of the place where just fantastic . Some great restaurants frequented by the locals, so good reasonable food. The place comes alive in the evening with the locals partying. Highly recommended.

    Small village very-very narrow streets.

    Small village very-very narrow streets. If you have bigger car (i.e. Toyota Hilux Pickup etc. or a car with trailer) its better to skip Sykia. Its 6 km from the Beach - its you have to know. Not all the villagers are likes the tourists (almost of them are not living from tourism! - so not everyone is kindly with the tourist. They are not rude - only ignore you and not help/speak with you, or maybe make a comment to you about you have got much money and they have not. etc.) I do not recommend it for long stay - only 2-3 days max.

    Green field around of bungalow,everything clean and have been looking after. In bungalow just one room and shower with toilet, but nice dinning area on the terrace I front of your door. Location is absolutely perfect clean sandy beach,nether have been craudy Located in lagoon surrounded by mountains water is clean. A choice of restaurants around and a shop on the beach. Nice paivkent among the beach, it’s also equipped with lights at night Staf friendly and helpful

    Nice place to stay for visiting east and south side of...

    Nice place to stay for visiting east and south side of Sithonia. In the day is a quiet village, but became more animated during the evening. Some terraces, doctor, pharmacie and supermarkets. By car you can reach the beaches for every taste, and close in the area you can find very good pastry shops, fish market and fresh fruits.

    Perfect apartment, with a great location in Sikia. Very comfortable, equipped with all amenities to facilitate your vacation. Fully equipped kitchen with two types of coffee machines, microwave oven, toaster and even a frappe maker. There is also an ironing board and an iron and a hair dryer. The hosts have really thought about the comfort of your holiday. There is a yard where you can park your car. Wonderful welcoming hosts. I recommend. We had a wonderful and carefree vacation. The beaches of Sikia are amazing.

    Sikia village, the traditional greek house and the trees, terrace view, the host was very friendly and she offered a gift to my daughter (perfect games for holiday and nice memories). Welcome items to have a good stay (cold water, beer, juice, coffe, sweets) and cosmetic items.

    we didn't use breakfast, and I don't know if it is offered, the hotel is suitable for people with a car, the nearest beach is a 20-minute walk away, and the interesting beaches are even further away,
