Very nice hotel, with great facilities and very friendly staff

Wonderful hotel, exceptional staff who were very kind and helpful when I arrived confused and exhausted. Beautiful rooms and delicious Greek food. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

It was such a personable experience from the get go. It was very quiet but the amenities were so lovely and the pool area and sunbeds were good. The restaurant honestly was the best food we had in the whole of our time in crete.

I stayed here for one night because I needed something close to the airport and the exhibitions center, and it turned out to be a great choice. The room was renovated, comfy beds with a nice view over the pool. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was really tasty. I also rented a car through the hotel, which made getting around really easy. Overall, the location was very convenient.

Lovely room with a jacuzzi on the balcony. Swimming pool by the restaurant area which we didn’t use but was very clean. Nice breakfast. Quiet area but easy walk into Old Hersonissos.

Everything is to be recommended. Place, food, accommodation, staff. September is the best month to visit Crete

The facilities were fantastic. 5 swimming pools, entertainment all day and evening by the fabulous Jumbo club. Most of the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The reception staff particularly nothing at all is too much trouble. We originally were staying for 3 days and ended up here for 10 days

Everything was fine, nice and calm place, big room with balcony and little kitchen, for this price is more than you can expect, recommend it for everyone, good and tasty breakfast and dinners, very helpful and friendly owners.

From the reception to the restaurant and housekeeping, every member of staff made us feel truly valued. The golf course itself is world-class — a pristine championship course that will delight both seasoned players and beginners alike. Even for non-golfers, the hotel offers superb facilities, a relaxing atmosphere, and exquisite cuisine that celebrates the best of Crete.

Even though our bedroom door opened onto the street, it was very quiet at night. It was lovely to sit there in the evening and people watch. Breakfast was exceptional as was the standard of cleanliness.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt so warm and welcoming. The hotel is Pinterest-vibe beautiful, new, and spotless, very close to the nice beach. The food was delicious and varied, and drinks were amazing. But what truly made our stay special was the amazing team — from Lia at the reception to the restaurant staff, waiters, bartenders, housekeepers, and spa staff — everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. It felt very cozy and comfortable. We’ll definitely come back again!

The accomodation is great, amazingly built and very comfortable. The hosts are very very kind, hospitable and go above and beyond to make you feel at home. We really enjoyed our time here.
