We had a pleasant surprise with how good the room was here. Although we only stayed for one night before departing the island, the experience was excellent. The room was clean, and the location was convenient. There are restaurants and a bakery nearby, including one that opens at 5 AM, which was great for us as we had an early flight. The hotel is also well-positioned near the port. Overall, a very nice stay and highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Souda– everything was just perfect! Communication was very easy and smooth from the beginning. The apartment itself is beautifully designed, modern, and spotlessly clean. It truly felt as comfortable as being at home, with a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable, with great mattresses, blinds that kept the rooms cool, dark, and quiet, and a real sense of safety. We also appreciated the thoughtful details, like the hose on the terrace to rinse off sand after the beach. There was plenty of storage space, a washing machine, iron, dishwasher, and even a drying rack – everything was well thought out for a convenient stay. The host was absolutely wonderful – very kind, helpful, and quick to respond to any request. I travel a lot and have stayed in many places, but this was truly one of the best experiences. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Souda !

Location is accelent. We enjoyed the nice view to the sea and mountains. Owners of the property were very receptive to our needs. We were pleasantly surprised by their welcoming. The appartment was fully equiped with all necessary tools and divices. Everything inside was clean, the bads were comfortable. This place is perfect for the people who like nature and want to relax.

From Souda, the bus is ~10 minutes to Chania for 1.60€ only.

From Souda, the bus is ~10 minutes to Chania for 1.60€ only. No need for rental car nor searching for parking -- just take bus. Use rental car for pleasure scenic routes into mountains especially Milo's Restaurant. But only during sunlight, not at night!! The trip there is well worthwhile for the food & service, the trip itself is adventurous, scenic & breathtaking because of height.

if your staying in the souda area, dont use the taxi...

if your staying in the souda area, dont use the taxi services. just hop on the number 13 bus and its 2.50 euros to take you to and from chania. we made the mistake of taking a taxi to our apartment from the airport and it was 50 euros. trust me itll take the same amount of time waiting for the bus as it will waiting for a taxi.

Souda is 6 km from Chania.

Souda is 6 km from Chania. It’s close enough to the airport & some nice nearby beaches. It is the main port of Chania from where ferry & cruise liners berth . It is essentially a naval military port. A quiet little local town.

A very nice place with excellent view to the sea and...

A very nice place with excellent view to the sea and mountains. A new and modern building on the top of the mountain. At the property we found everything we needed: a well equiped kitchen, confortable beds, modern design and technique, good WiFi, a nice terrace with a place for barbeque. The swimming pool outside was very clean and the water was of a confortable temperature. Owners of the property surprised us with a welcoming backet containing olive oil, sweets, coffe and other suff. This place is perfect for relax. We wish to come back some day.

Excellent friendly helpful staff.

Excellent friendly helpful staff. Very comfortable bed with superb bathroom facilities. Used local cheap reliable bus to visit Chania. Very interesting area which we were unable to see much of as only there one night en route to other areas in Crete. Hope to return one day!

Excellent value for money. The room was clean and well thought out. Souda is a working town but has plenty of shops and restaurants and an attractive square leading down to the sea, directly in front of the hotel. We were fortunate to have a room on the first floor with a balcony looking across to the square and the sea. Parking on the street was easy.

A small but very good hotel. The owner is very friendly, the rooms are very good and the restaurant downstairs offers plenty of food and drinks options, all at more than reasonable prices. The location is excellent with plenty of parking avaliable.

Everything was neat, all the useful tools/necessities were there. It felt like we were in a hotel with branded towels, many toiliteries, etc. The owner was suoer helpful, always caring for us, even bought us some local goods before we arrived.

The room was amazing with a nice view, clean, towel changed everyday, comfortable bed. Everything that you need. Breakfast was tasty, with different types of dishes. Hotel staff helpful at any moment. We enjoyed it a lot.
