The accommodations matched the photos precisely. The personnel were incredibly attentive and amiable. The cuisine at the restaurant was delectable. In anticipation of our early morning flight, they thoughtfully provided us with packed lunches in lieu of breakfast.

Excellent place to stay and very good value for money. There is even some coffee and water in the room, a kettle, a hair dryer, a toaster. The location is quite noisy but the windows are good and blocked out most of the noise :)

Everything was great! Apartment is in a very good location. There are many restaurants, cafes and shops in the area. By car it is only 10 minutes to Chania and 15 minutes to the airport. It's a great base if you plan to visit western Crete. The apartment is clean, comfortable and has everything you need and more! A very well-equipped kitchen, a drip coffee machine, air conditioning in each bedroom, a large terrace and even a TV with Netflix. The host is wonderful! She was helpful and responded to messages very quickly. And welcomed us with snacks and raki :) We highly recommend this place!

Absolutely five stars for this amazing accommodation in Chania! We booked at the very last minute, just an hour in advance due to an emergency, and were welcomed with open arms. The hospitality and warmth we felt from the moment we arrived were unparalleled. The hosts immediately went out of their way to make us as comfortable as possible, despite the rushed booking. The rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with every convenience you could wish for. It truly felt like a home away from home. This place is a definite must-visit, and we will certainly be returning!

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Souda– everything was just perfect! Communication was very easy and smooth from the beginning. The apartment itself is beautifully designed, modern, and spotlessly clean. It truly felt as comfortable as being at home, with a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable, with great mattresses, blinds that kept the rooms cool, dark, and quiet, and a real sense of safety. We also appreciated the thoughtful details, like the hose on the terrace to rinse off sand after the beach. There was plenty of storage space, a washing machine, iron, dishwasher, and even a drying rack – everything was well thought out for a convenient stay. The host was absolutely wonderful – very kind, helpful, and quick to respond to any request. I travel a lot and have stayed in many places, but this was truly one of the best experiences. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Souda !

Has everything you need. Great stop for a night after the airport but would have been happy to stay longer as it's a good base to explore the area around. Great size and facilities and extremely clean. Verry practical layout. Friendly host. Beautiful fresh bed linen. Comfortable bed.

It was a privilage to stay at Villa Kedria. We loved they kidness and hospitality of Nikos and Ionna. They did everything for a pleasant and carefree stay. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and we had the honour of Ionna cooking a typical Greek diner. Hope te come back someday

From Souda, the bus is ~10 minutes to Chania for 1.60€ only.

From Souda, the bus is ~10 minutes to Chania for 1.60€ only. No need for rental car nor searching for parking -- just take bus. Use rental car for pleasure scenic routes into mountains especially Milo's Restaurant. But only during sunlight, not at night!! The trip there is well worthwhile for the food & service, the trip itself is adventurous, scenic & breathtaking because of height.

if your staying in the souda area, dont use the taxi...

if your staying in the souda area, dont use the taxi services. just hop on the number 13 bus and its 2.50 euros to take you to and from chania. we made the mistake of taking a taxi to our apartment from the airport and it was 50 euros. trust me itll take the same amount of time waiting for the bus as it will waiting for a taxi.

Souda is 6 km from Chania.

Souda is 6 km from Chania. It’s close enough to the airport & some nice nearby beaches. It is the main port of Chania from where ferry & cruise liners berth . It is essentially a naval military port. A quiet little local town.

A very nice place with excellent view to the sea and...

A very nice place with excellent view to the sea and mountains. A new and modern building on the top of the mountain. At the property we found everything we needed: a well equiped kitchen, confortable beds, modern design and technique, good WiFi, a nice terrace with a place for barbeque. The swimming pool outside was very clean and the water was of a confortable temperature. Owners of the property surprised us with a welcoming backet containing olive oil, sweets, coffe and other suff. This place is perfect for relax. We wish to come back some day.

Excellent friendly helpful staff.

Excellent friendly helpful staff. Very comfortable bed with superb bathroom facilities. Used local cheap reliable bus to visit Chania. Very interesting area which we were unable to see much of as only there one night en route to other areas in Crete. Hope to return one day!

when we arrived from the airport 17 km to the hotel by taxi, we were met, the room was opened, we were treated to fruits (grapes and peaches), it was nice and they gave everyone gifts, it was very nice; hot water in the kitchen there are dishes for two people kettle coffee maker toaster refrigerator oven in the room TV you could watch the Olympics in Paris there is a supermarket nearby

The VIEW!!! Amazing view of Souda port, you can see the various ferries and boats come and go. The BATH is an exquisite touch to the place. The location is close to the bus stop where you can get the bus to Chania, restaurants and shops are very nearby and 30 minute walk or 4 minute drive to Meltemaki beach. Definitely recommend.

The view down Souda Bay was wonderful. Easy reach of Kounopediana and Kalithas beach. The apartment was clean, comfortable with good a/c and everything we needed. The staff were very nice and very helpful..
