Excellent place to stay and very good value for money. There is even some coffee and water in the room, a kettle, a hair dryer, a toaster. The location is quite noisy but the windows are good and blocked out most of the noise :)

A Perfect Stay in Chania – Highly Recommended! We had the pleasure of staying in this newly built apartment in Chania, and it was nothing short of perfect. The place was spotlessly clean and everything felt brand new, which really added to the comfort and quality of our stay. The apartment is located in a very quiet area, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was the incredibly comfortable bed, which made for restful nights and left us feeling refreshed every morning. We also felt extremely safe throughout our stay, and having a private parking spot available made everything so convenient, especially in Chania where parking can sometimes be a challenge. The apartment is well-equipped with air conditioning, which kept us cool and comfortable during the warm summer days. And a special mention goes to our host, Giorgos, who was always available whenever we needed him. He gave us excellent recommendations for local restaurants and hidden gems in the area, which made our stay even more special. We absolutely loved our time here and would not hesitate to stay again on our next visit to Chania. This place is a true gem – highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Souda– everything was just perfect! Communication was very easy and smooth from the beginning. The apartment itself is beautifully designed, modern, and spotlessly clean. It truly felt as comfortable as being at home, with a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable, with great mattresses, blinds that kept the rooms cool, dark, and quiet, and a real sense of safety. We also appreciated the thoughtful details, like the hose on the terrace to rinse off sand after the beach. There was plenty of storage space, a washing machine, iron, dishwasher, and even a drying rack – everything was well thought out for a convenient stay. The host was absolutely wonderful – very kind, helpful, and quick to respond to any request. I travel a lot and have stayed in many places, but this was truly one of the best experiences. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Souda !

This is an amazing brand new place off the beaten path with super friendly hosts. This is the first time in a long travel history that somebody asked me upfront if we would prefer a soft or a hard matrass on the bed :-) The rooms are impeccable very nicely decorated and all the amenities you need. A gas BBQ was provided without any extra costs. The views 360 degrees around and pool is superb. The location is easily accessible and only 20 minutes from the very nice city Chania.
