Our flight was late getting in and a piece of my wife's baggage was lost. The shuttle patiently waited while we searched and came back twice to the airport. When we finally needed to take a taxi, the taxi driver got (improbably) lost (the apartments are only ten minutes from the airport) and Dina, the proprietor, sent her personal driver to rescue us. Once we were settled in, she arranged a free shuttle to take us to the best restaurant (on the beach) and bring us safely back to our room.

The room is big with balcony and very clean. It was worth staying here, it’s a quiet quarter and even if it is close to the airport it is not loud because of the planes. They have a coffee machine with very tasty coffee. The stuff is very nice, polite and helpful. They helped us with amazing recommendations about Athen. Next time when we visit Greece we will choose the same hotel for sure. Thank you for your hospitality ❤️

Really nice place - clean and rather new apartment. Great terrace. Easy check-in. Had a great meal at ATAKA restaurant a few hundred meters away. Supermarket just around the corner. Private transfer to airport 5.30 in the morning arranged by owner. If you need taxi from the airport- try to ask the owner to arrange. We payed double price taking a random taxi from airport

Excellent 5* apartment, very clean and perfect equipped kitchen, bathroom and also the rooms. Snacks, water, coffes and orange juice were prepared in the kitchen. Comfortable bed with good pillows. Owner was very kind and helpfull. Airport is 10 minutes with taxi or Uber. I reccomend to all who want to stay in an perfect apatment.

Spata is a very nice, vibrant neighborhood.

Spata is a very nice, vibrant neighborhood. It has interesting shops, lively restaurants, convenient grocery shops, and open-air fruit and vegetable markets. Spata is the perfect place for a short 1-2 day stay; it's very convenient as it's close to the airport, which is very important when arriving in Athens late at night or leaving on an early morning flight. I've stayed in Spata several times and I've enjoyed it each time.

No negatives. Staff super friendly and helpful, one can order food from a delivery service - great food and great service. The transfer from and to the airport was just perfect - close by and on time even at 3.30 am in the morning no problem for the staff.

I checked in the afternoon and left for the airport the following morning around 6 am. My visit in Spata was too long. Next time, I'll stay at the beach for half the price (only 10 minutes away by taxi).

The facility was clean and apparently newly renovated.

The facility was clean and apparently newly renovated. It was close to the airport. However, the beds themselves were very uncomfortable. The host promised to arrange for a taxi service from and then to the airport for us but neither of those taxis arrived. We also realized he would have charged us about double the rate.

We had an early morning flight so wanted something near the airport. It was a 13 minute drive to the airport at 5:00 am The apartment was on a dimly lit street so finding it was difficult. The sidewalk to the apartment was dark and overgrown with bushes. Opening the lockbox was difficult in the dark. The patio door was open about a foot which was concerning. The host left instructions to turn the water heater on 30 minutes before showering. Not ideal for a late arrival and early departure. We followed the instructions but the heater never got hot

Very luxurious spacious apartment, it had everything a family or friends need to enjoy their time. It is actually located walking distance to all amenities, it’s a small town near the airport, close is a supermarket, beauty spa in the same building, walking distance to coffee and restaurants, it is not true how some travelers sound that you have to take a taxi to eat. Loved it!
