This is an excellent value guest house--- comfortable and spacious, with a friendly, helpful host. I would happily stay here again. It's very homey and quiet, just five minutes walk from the center of town.

Location was great, literally two minutes walking to the ferry. The owner was super sweet, and despite me not speaking Greek and her not speaking English we managed to get acquainted and she even told me a bit about her life. The place was spotless.

The staff at kochilas was friendly and accommodating! The rooms are quaint and small but it's no problem because if you're booking a room near elafonisi beach, you probably will spend all of your time at the beach! I'd also recommend visiting white lake too.

The studio was perfect -it had everything we needed and more. Comfortable beds, wardrobe, AC, Netflix, great shower, small kitchen area, additional beds if you come with two kids, and also a shower outside to rinse off sand before you head inside. The location is about 50 minutes walk to the beach if you like walking, or a few minutes drive. Nearby restaurants within walking distance are superb (Balcony and Kosmos) and a mini market too.
