This property is a hidden gem. The staff is what makes the difference, especially the manager. George R., he was a true professional and always checked in with us to make sure everything was going great. The rooms were fantastic with a lovely view. I was greatly impressed with George and his team.

Georgia from the Front Office Manager went way above and beyond to arrange a private Mama Mia tour when the boat tours wouldn’t go to the church due to wind. She is incredible and kind. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel is extremely clean and has a beautiful beach and it is very walkable to the town.  You cannot go wrong with this hotel. Great value!

The room was beautiful and spacious. The breakfast was great with a wide selection of food, and we enjoyed the on-site restaurant for dinner as well. The was amazing, friendly and helpful with our luggage up the steps to second floor

The great breakfast served at the hotel was the perfect start to each day, complementing the exceptional service provided by the staff. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Elleny, Vivi, and Zoe's local knowledge helped me explore the area and discover hidden gems. We had the most wonderful summer vacation at Mandraki Hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The whole complex is absolutely stunning, surrounded by lush greenery and designed with so much attention to detail. Everything was spotless, the rooms and facilities super clean, and the food was delicious throughout our stay. What stood out the most, however, was the hospitality of the staff. From day one, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. I would especially like to thank the entire restaurant team — every single day they greeted us with big smiles and such warmth, making each meal a joy. In today’s fast-paced and often stressful world, this kind of positivity and kindness truly makes a difference. Thank you to everyone at Mandraki Hotel for making our stay extraordinary. We left with beautiful memories.

This is an excellent hotel, where we have stayed overnight on a number of occasions. It gives terrific value: superb location, great food, comfortable rooms at a very good price. But what makes it truly outstanding is the friendliness and helpfulness of the people who run it. They always make us feel very welcome.

Like all Skiathos, the hotels are not very close to the...

Like all Skiathos, the hotels are not very close to the water. As most of the hotels are situated up on the mountain the view is absolutely fantastic. The most beautiful view is from Skiathos Club Resort (hotel). Good food is to be found at Azzuro Terrace and of course, at Paradise Hotel (Anastasia Restaurant) A car is reccomended there... If you don't use a car, the trip could be less enjoyable😜

If you have a car or moto, you can stay in Vassilias.

If you have a car or moto, you can stay in Vassilias. If not, the hill is too high to climb it everyday. Or you can choose an accommodation near the sea, which is nice. From the top of the hill you have a nice sea view. Vassilias is a quiet place to enjoy, if the time is allowing. Here you can take the path for hiking through the mountain, it's a different experience than the beach. You can see and hear plenty of birds.

The location was very convenient, not too central, close to...

The location was very convenient, not too central, close to two beaches easily accessible on foot, and the bus service provided easy access to most of the attractions. For the last two days, we opted to rent a car to visit a couple of more distant beaches and the island's hilly interior, offering beautiful panoramic views and cool temperatures.

Since the island is very small, the many beautiful beaches with a Caribbean feel are easily accessible by boat, bus, or car. Renting a boat costs approximately €200 from 10 am to 6 pm and is highly recommended.

I wouldn't recommend staying in the city.

I wouldn't recommend staying in the city. It's chaotic in some ways and has narrow streets. Going just outside the city is certainly better, especially for reaching the beaches. For food: homemade sandwiches at lunchtime and dinner every night at the same Greek taverna (Janic). Excellent Greek wine and reasonable prices. Generous portions (for two, I've always ordered one portion, which we split).

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Hotel Paradise. It is a family run hotel and they are amazing. The service is very good. They have a restaurant on the property which is also lovely as well as a pool with loungers. They also have a shuttle that goes and from Skiathos Town. They will organize anything that you may need such as a quad bike etc. Really a fantastic hotel and stay.

The property was up a mountain and it was very clean , it is a family owned hotel with Costas and dimiteri and son running it, they looked after us so well when we had the bad weather with the mud slides , there is a coach that take you into skiathos

The hotel is located near to the beach and there is a great restaurant too. There is also swimming pool and beautiful garden. Next to swimming pool there is beach bar. Close to bus stop. There was small kitchen with all nessary equipments.

The hotel had fantastic facilities particularly the beach. There were always sun beds available and a great drinks service on the beach. The room was nice and spacious. Breakfast was also good. The boat taxi was good to the town.

The view and the hotel itself was amazing, I've travelled a lot but this building with its brown glass doors was so beautiful. Akis was very friendly and funny. He drove us to the pharmacy for medicine after checkout.
