The location was a bit remote but we liked that. George is a great host and was there when we had issues with the cooker, our ignorance of how it worked not the cooker. The apartment and the facilities are first class.

Τhe place old castle 1 is a new renovated one bedroom apartment with lot of space . Open kitchen with table and all required kitchen amenities. Open living room area with comfortable couch to hang around and watch TV. Nice cozy bedroom with double bed , nice mattress. Bathroom area incl shower . Heating and hot water is provided 24h and makes stay really enjoyable. Parking area inside plot really convenient . Last the host George is very hospitable and friendly . Absolutely gorgeous place which we will return to! The location is great to explore Halkidiki and the nearness to the beach could not have been better! We loved relaxing under the beatuful olive trees in the green garden by the very clean pool eating delicious gyros from the bar. Alkinoos beach hotel - we will be dreaming about you! 😍
