The owners were very nice and polite and the propety was extremelly clean. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and all necessary amenities were provided. The property is located a bit out of the town and uphil, but this provides amazing views of the sea and tranquillity.

It’s a new place with great design and a view towards sea. Staff was super kind and helpful, apartment was very clean and quiet. One needs a car to get to nearby beaches and a town center is also some 5min driving

Everything was perfect with our stay. The place is pristine clean, it was quiet and peaceful, far from the crowds in Asprovalta. The breakfast was fine. Staff is very polite and helped us with some minor requests. There is a parking, it was never full even in the peak season.

The house has a very good position (due to a clever positioning - east/west - there is shadow on the balconies throughout all day). Clean when we got there. There is a water pipe on the patio so you can wash beach sand from your feet and help to maintain the cleanliness of the entire house (and apartments). Very calm neighbourhood but still close to the sea and everything you need (store, bakery, city center, restaurants). Friendly and supportive owner, who is there all the time at your service but leaves you your personal space. Also, the cleaning lady is very nice and they really try to make you feel good at your stay there. Apartments are new, chic and big enough for a family with two children to spend your holiday.

The host Kostas was amazing. He did manage to get us into the room much earlier than the check-in, as we arrived in Asprovalta early in the morning. The hotel is in the middle of the main street and just a minute away from the beach. I'll leave 11 if I could!

I like almost everything, concentrated on a small place for your needs. Street lights works everywhere, safe, calm, fresh sea food...Perfect... The only thing what I noticed, they could work on street infrastructure, meaning a lot of small streets needs to restore and to put asphalt.
