It is nearly air port i can not sleep

Clean friendly staff and handy to airport

Upon arrival the staff immediately came to the door to get my bags - as a solo female traveler, arriving at night, not knowing how safe the area is, being let in immediately was super helpful

Very friendly staff, clean, 5min walk from the airport

Family suits have washer and dryer, that’s very helpful for long travel. Water pressure is pretty good and hot.

Close to the airport. Quick overnighter.

Beautiful location with views of the surrounding volcanoes, lots of plants and greenery made it feel remote and tropical in a tranquil location. The hotel was designed very tastefully and sympathetic to the surroundings. The facilities were tranquil but exciting for the kids and very relaxing and peaceful with calming spa music played along the walkways and within the facilities. Staff were all friendly, polite and very welcoming.

The building is way more than a mere hotel, it's a full complex with lots of facilities : pool, sauna, restaurants, bars, business center, etc. It's located at a few minutes from the airport what is really nice for transportation purposes (shuttle included by the hotel !). The buffet breakfast is impressive with its various food options along with inside and outside tables. Housekeeping staff is really kind and professional : a wonderful stay experience ! Really hard to check-out :)....

Room service was great; pulpito tacos were delicious. Breakfast buffet was fabulous! Pool area was beautiful. Staff were friendly. Service was efficient.

Super close to the airport, perfect spot for a quick stay after our long-haul flight. Comfortable and quiet. Staff at reception were lovely! AC in the rooms also which is great.

Breakfast was delicious, and staff was very accommodating

nearby airport, walking distance outdoor gym nearby

My flight got cancelled due to snow in Dallas, I was so relieved to find this property to stay in for 2 nights near the airport until I could fly home. It’s brand new that’s why there are only a few reviews I was worried at first. Once I got there I felt very safe they have extra security measures in place, the staff are very friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. It’s very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Great place just a 10 minutes walking distance from the airport for those who look for a convinient place to resr their head after or before a flight. Very economic prices, nice staff, hot water in some of the rooms, Wi-Fi, TV, its clean and Hector and his sraff are welcoming people at any hour of the day and night. There is a store near by for those who want to grab some snacks, water, food etc, the area is quite and accesible for taxis and uber.

Perfectly close to the airport. And they gave us a free ride to the airport - nice touch.

Perfect for just before or after your flight. Does not look like much on the photo's but it's just fine and perfect free airport shuttle service at 04:00 in the morning.

I left early and was not able to try the breakfast but the location was perfectly close to the airport for my flight out. 2 min walk.

Very nice and conveniently located hotel - the shuttle was a bonus as we had a lot of luggage. Hotel was clean and had all you needed for a stay!
