This resort was the perfect mix of relaxation for adults and fun for children. My son loves sports, so the games room, sports areas, and activities were a huge hit with him. There was always something for him to do, which made the holiday so much more enjoyable for all of us. The food was honestly the best buffet food I’ve ever had. Everything was incredibly fresh, with much of the produce sourced from the island itself, and they even have their own honey. Every meal felt high quality and full of flavour. The pool slides were fantastic too – not too scary for younger children but exciting enough to keep them entertained, and all included in the stay. We stayed in a hot tub room in May, and I used it every single evening. It was the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, this was one of the best family resorts we’ve stayed in, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

We just book one day before without knowing anything about hotel. It is amazing stay with kind stuff, well organised and clean room. It is located just center of Hvar. You could walk around easily. This is a fantastic family hotel on the beach. It is about a 7mins van ride away from the main activities on Hvar which is available from the hotel (there is a cost which I cannot remember). We ate one night at the hotel and the food was great. Then we went into Hvar township for two superb meals on the over two nights. We loved our stay at Fortuna.

The location could not be better, the rooms are spacious and luxurious and we had the most amazing view over the port. It was very comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was incredible too, definitely the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever experienced. Reception staff were friendly.
