From the moment we arrived, everything about this stunning castle exceeded our expectations and was worth every penny. The beautiful suites, exceptional amenities, and incredible food combined to create a truly unforgettable experience. What made our stay especially remarkable was the warmth, kindness, and professionalism of the entire staff. Everyone at reception and in the kitchen went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. A special thank you to Alexandra, Zana, Tina, and Jasmina, as well as the two wonderful gentlemen at reception, whose genuine hospitality and friendliness made our visit even more memorable. I cannot thank them enough for the extraordinary effort they put into arranging a two-day island program for us at the very last minute. Their dedication, attention to detail, and willingness to help turned what could have been a challenge into one of the highlights of our trip. My sister and I truly felt like queens of the castle throughout our stay. Every moment was filled with comfort, elegance, and genuine care. The entire Heritage staff created memories that we will cherish forever, and we are deeply grateful for their outstanding service. Thank you a million times for making our stay so magical, special, and unforgettable. We cannot wait to return.

Beautiful and spacious apartment with everything you need. We especially enjoyed the terrace, where we had both sun and shade (large umbrellas) and if it got too hot there was easy access to the beach. A good apartment for a large family because there are 3 separate bedrooms.
