Judging from the photos I did expect a nice apartment, but the reality exceeded it. It is designed with a lot of good taste, attention to detail and wonderful functionality, but it is the historical feel that makes it really unique. Perfectly clean. We also felt very welcomed by the host, who also assisted with all my questions. Fantastic place!

The host was caring, friendly and showed a lot attention to detail. The fridge was filled with everything, you need for a proper breakfast. Also a great choice of coffee. The apartment was very cosy, and super comfortable. Everything worked out well (AC, Wi-Fi etc.).

The short walk into Sinj centre was lovely.

The short walk into Sinj centre was lovely. There was many little shops and cafe's/bars. We did find that there didnt seem to be any other English travellers and one lovely waitor in a bar did tell us that they dont usually get tourists around the area, normally just locals. Lovely bakeries with fresh breads and pastries

Small town packed with history and culture.

Small town packed with history and culture. Great museums and of course the Shrine of our Lady of Sinj. Be sure to try the prosciutto and homemade cheeses the area is famous for in one of many "Konobas" or small taverns.

We wanted to get away from the hustle and crowds of Split.

We wanted to get away from the hustle and crowds of Split. We wanted to interact with the people of Croatia and learn about their culture and what the young people are doing. We wanted more Croatian food. We discovered an Olympic size swimming pool. Sinj was perfect.

Cute small town.

Cute small town. We stayed only for a night and that was enough for us. Unfortunately or fortunately (not sure :D) it was a holiday of St. Ante and the town was full of people. There wasn't even one table available in any of the caffes in the center. The nature around is beautiful, especially the source of Cetina river.

Very organized town.

Very organized town. Easy to walk around and plenty of food options. The walk to the top of small mountain was worth the walk. We have already planned a return trip in Aug. The museum here is one of the best we have ever visited.
