Location is perfect - you have a beach in your garden shared only with other guests from your building. Very close is a beach bar you can sit to watch sunset. Also grocery store is very close. The hosts are amazing, speak English and help with anything and everything. We would love to come back.

The accommodation was excellent, just a few minutes from the nearest beach, and everything was clean. The kitchen was sparsely equipped, but it was sufficient for a few days. I recommend this accommodation mainly for short-term stays; we were there for an extended weekend. The apartment has one room with a door and a bunk bed (without air conditioning) and another room (with air conditioning), connected by a hallway to the kitchen. This room has a lovely balcony with a view of the sea and the sunset. The hosts were absolutely wonderful, and they have a beautiful little dog we played with every day.

The private beach is really convenient, you can go swimming in a wonderful sea by literally walking down the stairs. The apartment was big and had everything we needed. You can shortly get to Novalja and Zrće by car. The host is really kind and caring, he helped us with a thing we left behind in the apartment (not everyone would have done that). 100% recommended

The breakfast was excellent with fresh coffee. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. While not in the center of Novalja, it's within walking distance. The hotel also offers the option to rent bicycles. The location is peaceful since it's not in the busy center.
