In terminal 3 so easy access to our gate. The staff was friendly and our rooms modern and clean. Buffet breakfast was delicious. We event fit a chance to enjoy the pool.

1. KINDNESS OF STAFF : Very helpful, kind and accommodating 2. BREAKFAST BOXES: It was so nice to know that they give breakfast boxes at checkout if it's an early flight! 3. SHUTTLE SERVICE : VERY helpful if you have an early dawn flight. 4. EXCELLENT LOCATION : Easy to get around. Taxis are on the ground floor.

Well, the location of the hotel is exceptional, it is near the airport, and the hotel has a cute café, from which I took my breakfast two times. Despite that their food is delicious, the prices are a little bit higher than market.

Location is the best. The bed was so comfortable and everything was clean. It was very easy to find as the staff told me the direction before I check in.

After arriving at Terminal 3, there are many hotel directions marked, making it easy to find the hotel. Welcome drink is nice Sometimes there is live music in the lobby at night Very close to the airport The room was very quiet and clean The breakfast buffet beef or chicken soup is delicious

It was in a convenient spot for the airport and the service for the shuttle bus was very efficient Breakfast was delicious

Newly refurbished (as of 2024)- new bigger gym. rooms all refurbished. New restaurant, bar and cafe decor. Pool retiled. Overall the hotel looking back to its original glamour

Super helpful in getting us from the airport to the hotel. Easy check in and check out process. We had a late flight so we were grateful everything went smoothly and quickly.

It's a good place for a quick overnight stay close to airport and with a convenience store just across. The staff was very friendly and the stay is simple but it's what you need just for a night's sleep. For the worried travellers: at night the way from the airport to the hotel is very dark and feels a bit isolated but it was very easy to get a Grab here and once in the hotel all good!

This hotel is the best value for money! I highly recommend this hotel as a good place to stay when flight departure and arrival times are uncertain! They have free transportation to the airport every hour The room was clean and cool, as I like. There is a good breakfast and restaurant as well.

Locationwise! It's by the roadside. The hotel provides a free and punctual shuttle service to the airport which is just around 10 mins journey. You can simply book a shuttle service once you've check in so it's pretty convenient and conducive. I love the sofa and you can sleep on it. The staffs and driver were really helpful. There's even a few vending machines and a lobby with tables and chairs for you to dine in etc

clean, comfortable, near airport. staff were incredible, I had my credit card stolen in Rome on departure. I didn't have enough rupiah to pay for my room. the manager organized a money (changer as I only had AUD)for me and paid the bill and then brought the change to my room!
