My stay at Eltari was amazing, the owners are super friendly, the facilities are so clean and neat, as I have seen other hostels in the same areas I can definitively say this is the cleaner and most comfortable. There is a cooler in the dorms, hot water and the breakfast included is home cooked and delicious ! I was sick during my stay and the owner took me to the hospital and stayed with me all along, helped me with translation and medicine, I’m really grateful for this 🙏🏻 everything was nice :)

It was like staying in a museum, so many fascinating indochinese artefacts. Such a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Great base for Bromo and Tempak Sewu tours. Quite a way away but I think it was worth it to get back to such a super hotel.

The hotel is super central in Malang and within walking distance from the train station. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I even forgot my headphones in the room and they placed them at the reception. The breakfast was huge and super delicious. They even called us so that we do not miss the breakfast. The dinner in the Sky Lounge is also super tasty and very affordable. We can fully recommend to stay there.
