Top more than comfortable in the city center

Even though the rooms are a bit basic the bed is comfortable and everything is clean. I liked the bottled water concept and the water fountain on each floor to refile . The whole hotel staff are doing an amazing job and are very friendly. The breakfast buffet is huge and offers a great selection. Dinner was also very good.

Centrally located. Easy to get to the sights and eating places. Friendly staff, clean rooms and easy to get around.

Our group just stayed for the one night here. The staff were so helpful and thoughtful. The hotel was spotless and the rooms were very comfortable.

Room is big & clean, makanan juga enak.hotel nearest with resto, jalan kaki je dah sampai.

After reading some of the bad reviews was hesitating to book, but it turned out to be a really great hotel! Comfortable, clean, quiet (probably more so because we got a room at last floor). Staff was also very nice, I really appreciate how helpful they were with keeping my big luggage for few days before check in.

It is a rather simple hotel in downtown near the central bazaar. The room walls were dirty, in urgent need of a fresh paint. The bed was comfortable, the AC was working properly, An unbelievably loud mosque next door, except for the 5 daily prayer calls, transmits prayers and Quran reading in Arabic during the day. Earplugs are not enough.

Everything was good...breakfast so many choices ..room clean .staff friendly and helpful ...near to airport, easy to get grab, easy to get food and shopping area..will recommend to friends in Malaysia to stay here

I booked and paid for this property on booking.com and it was confirmed. When I turned up 2 days later they told me the price has doubled and I have to pay more or get a refund. After the trouble it took for me to get there and lack of time for other options I just had to pay! The room was clearly not the one advertised. No air-conditioning, completely different to photos and a lot of general noise from reception next door. They also requested a bond and then said they were going to keep my passport which I refused. Overall an experience I would not recommend to anyone.
